Would give them a zero rating if I could, please do not take your animals here. This place is a death sentence for almost every pet that gets walked in here. These guys need to be shut down. My cat almost lost his two legs due to a severe infection that I was NOT informed about until I demanded to pick him up. I recieved him with no cone on his head, I could smell his flesh starting to rot due to infection, green pus and blood EVERYWHERE and covered in poop. He was not given antibiotics or pain meds. Took him to a PROFESSIONAL clinic with real vets and they saved his life. He also got an upper respiratory infection from being here, and gave it to my other cat. So much for a "no frills" vet. We are new to the area and took these folks the records of diagnostics and treatments totaling thousands of dollars from other vets. Rather than help treat our cat on a budget, they wanted to pile on more and more diagnostics without clear treatment goals for the short or long term. Avoid this place! The whole thing seemed like a bit of a sham in that they use the "no frills" pitch to lure you in, but this is not really their business model. More importantly, this horrible vet treated our cat without our permission and using a method of treatment that we had specifically told him that we were opposed to because (1) it had been tried unsuccessfully previously and (2) there was no clear medical reason to try it (or try it again). He did this in a malicious way; giving our cat an injection when he knew that we were about to take our cat and leave and without warning us what he was about to do. It was dishonest and malicious. Even though I ran ½ hour late for my Kitties first appointment, I would've expected a quick response from the front desk staff to turn me away. Instead, one of the guys sitting there ran into the back to speak to the Dr who quickly rearranged his schedule to fit my 🐈 in, one girl checked us into the computer and started the process to get him cleared for surgery (and my paperwork) the other girl came out to me and took my boy from me so she can get him prepped... They were wonderful! They quickly educated me on what to expect and be expected as my baby boy 🐈 will be with them until Saturday... I miss him already... Never will i come here again. I dropped my cat off for a SIMPLE SURGERY to get fixed and get a call that she is DEAD. Also that she will be buried WITH THE OTHER ANIMALS. this is a chop shop please NEVER take your pets here, a women who worked here told me that its a chop shop and they line cats up on a table and fix them with no mask nor monitor. They don't test animals before surgery and have killed many loved animals. This is by far the worse place to take any animal, a simple surgery killing animals because of "vets" not knowing what the hell there doing! Read Less

Took our dog there today to be neutered. They were nice when we dropped him off,when we came back they told us it was $50 more then what they told us and i picked him up to put him in the van and it looks like they Butchered him!!!! His under body covered in blood!!! Looks like they just used a knife and cut off his stuff and Glued him back together!!!!! I mean OMG!!! I really don't even no what to do right now!! If I could give a zero I would. I sent my cat to be neutered by transportation yesterday. He was suppose to come back today at 10 am neutered. The man driving the van showed up almost an hour late! I sat in the parking lot for a hour waiting. I wasn't the only one either. The worst part of it was my cat didn't get neutered. The gentleman had said the all the associates at the clinic got sick and couldn't get all the surgeries done. Luckily I received my money back. Oh and one of the cages in the van wasn't even sitting right it was titled back so the poor animal couldn't lay down! I did call them to reschedule and the front desk was very rude. she said she couldn't reschedule me because they are busy working on making phone calls to everyone that had the same thing happen to me. I told her about me waiting a hour for the guy to show up. No comment whatsoever. I recommend not going there. She mentioned their surgeon not surgeons is sick so yeah just think of how well he does on all those animals at once. I recommend somewhere else. Read Less

The vet doesn't even act like he likes animals, doesn't even speak to you, doesn't want to answer questions, and does the bare minimum. The secretaries are rude and impatient. I want a vet with compassion. Who smiles once in awhile and doesn't mind talking about my animal or answering questions. I gave them 2 chances and it was equally horrible both times. I will spend the extra money and go to a real vet.Read Less

You would think that given that this is a business that they would have a veterinarian on duty at all times during business hours, but this is not the case. I had made an emergency call into this place because my dog was dying from Congestive Heart Failure, she had not eaten in days and her condition was only getting worse. When I called the receptionist answered and I asked if I could take my dog in to get examined and that it was an urgent matter the receptionist had the nerve to tell me "all vets are on vacation right now take your animal somewhere else" and then hung up on me. I have had bad experiences with this place before but given it was the closest place I could go at the time I thought that this time it might be different. The receptionist does nothing but play on her phone and text every time I am there, the veterinarians are extremely rude and harsh with the sick animals, they don't even know how to take care of the animals or perform surgery properly I had 3 of my cats fixed here and all three procedures had complications one of my cats almost died cause her wound wouldn't close all the way and I followed all of the instructions given to me. They make it known that they don't care at all for the animals that come in. Read Less

I have never had any type of emergency situation that needed to be dealt with but I take my animals to the open clinic on Saturdays, which saves me the cost of the office visit. That makes a huge difference in my weekly budget. I'm bummed that they moved further away. I have heard great things about 4 Pets and I have heard some awful things. I understand that every situation is different and that people will say things or lash out when they're grieving. **To the review who May only be a kid...** Your post was very well written and mature until the end. As you get older you'll learn that you have to watch how you say what you're saying IF you are truly trying to be heard. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Which is the purpose of the reviews. To read and decide for themselves. You gave a good perspective, from the inside out.. Seems like when I called twice to get information on the phone, the same woman who I won't mention her name, sounds unfriendly and very short. I think maybe she needs to find a career change or take happy pills. Her attitude made me look elsewhere, this place lost my buisness!! Read Less
