Went to the vet thinking my puppy had Kennel Cough. They ran $500 worth of tests and diagnosed my animal with a chest X-ray with confidence, I was told it was pneumonia due to an X-ray before the results come back. Once the results came back its simply Kennel Cough. This place over charges for everything and realistically, have no idea. Nice people, but not worth the money. Lost my business Read Less

I've been taking my dogs and cats to the Animal Wellness Hospital for a little over two years now. The veterinary care and concern that the Drs. and staff provide is the absolute best. But today, when I had to bring my 16 year old cat Emmy in to go to the Rainbow Bridge they jumped to six stars if there was a rating that high. I moved to Cincinnati the end of 2001 and asked a coworker for a vet recommendation. She sent me to Animal Wellness. It's the best thing the coworker ever did for me! Both Drs are compassionate, caring and professional. It is comforting to know they care enough about my dogs to shed tears when they passed - this tells a lot about these doctors. Dr Hutton and her staff are just WONDERFUL!! They know us by name and treat me, my family and my furbabies with love, kindness and respect. I have two guinea pigs, one cat and two dogs. One of my dogs we would consider 'special needs' to a point. Dr Hutton and her staff have helped me so much to know what is going on with my beautiful dog and I am so thankful. They return all my calls promptly. They just love animals and it is evident when I see them with my animals. I have never had a problem getting any of my pets in for an appointment in a timely manner. Their costs are not outrageous at all. Just today we had an emergency. My smallest dog got into my purse and ate 10 pieces of gum with xylitol. If you know anything about dogs you know that that can be deadly to them. I immediately called and got Katie on the phone and she talked to Dr Hutton and they said to bring my doggy right in. I did and they did not hesitate to help her. Dr Hutton has been taking care of her as well as comforting me and my little boy. We love our animals dearly and would go no where else with them.
