Dr Binzer is excellent vet. The clinic is clean and bright. The staff is great . Very rare to wait as they usually get us right in at our appointment time. My senior pug recently had problems with back legs collapsing and Dr Binzer precribed steriods and my pug buddy was back to normal in 2 days. Highly reccomend them ! Read Less

The care at this vet is incredible. I am almost always seen on-time and they do a great job looking after your pets both during boarding and during actual appointments. My dog had to get two surgeries at this clinic and both went great. I received multiple follow-up calls to ensure my dog was doing well. The only reason I can't give them a five star rating is because their phone system and number of staff they have are not prepared to handle the number of calls they receive each day. I am always put on hold when I call to make an appointment. When you walk in, you see why. They only have one, very busy receptionist and maybe 2 phone lines (including for running credit). The receptionist has to answer phones, check people in and also check people out. Which was probably fine at one point, but they seem to be getting more and more clients. However, the last time I went, it looked like they might be trying to fix the problem. Fingers crossed they do because this is truly an incredible vet. Read Less

I have been taking my pets here for years!! The entire staff is wonderful! I have lost 3 pets to old age and they were there and supportive the whole time. And now that I have 2 younger pets, they are really awesome in helping with the growing pains and health concerns for my new babies! Such an awesome place! Read Less

The staff is great at taking care of your animals needs they explained everything very well they don't try to push services on their customers they simply give them the facts and recommendations so you can make an educated decision. Staff is amazing with our animals. My dog WANTS to go in the back every time we come (even though she's had surgery here a few times) so I can tell that they are great even when we are not around. The waiting room is never busy and full of pets so it is not over stimulating. Both doctors are great and instill confidence when dealing with any concerns as well as being so compassionate when dealing with end of life of a pet. This vet is really great! I have been taking my cats here for years. I recently adopted two kittens and needed them declawed. Dr. Binzer and the staff were great with the cats and the cats had no problems after surgery. They also charge a fair price for things and they don't make you pay for things you don't need.
