I feel very fortunate that I found Dr. Zekoff.  I have nothing but very positive things to say about my visits to Towne Square Animal Clinic.  I have a wonderful Border Collie/Shepard mix.  The entire staff at Towne Square Animal Clinic is always very professional and very friendly in caring for me and my dog, Coal.  In my recent visit, they identified Coal's medical condition and remedy the problem quickly.  Dr. Zekoff, also suggested some very unique and positive ways to keep Coal healthy, slim and physically fit.  Later an appointment was made to have Coal's teeth cleaned, along with minor gum treatment.  I am impressed with their follow-up calls to make sure all is well with Coal and to see if I have any questions.  They are the very best when it comes to caring for your very best friends.  I have, also, found their rate schedules, for the many services they provide, to be fair and reasonable.  Coal and I highly recommend Dr. Zekoff, Dr. Dwertman and their entire staff. The staff at the clinic take the time to treat your fur baby like their fur baby. I have used them for my grandmas dog for 5 years and they now also see my dog. The absolute best vets in Cincinnati. They have taken such great care of our dog. He had a chronic ear infection on and off for two years that our our previous vet never could cure. He could get it under control with antibiotics but it always returned. Within a month of switching to Towne Square, following their unique protocol, the infection was gone and hasn't returned for over 2 years. He's been off all medication for a year and a half. AMAZING! By far the best vets in Cincinnati. Our hound mix had a chronic infection in his ears for over a year. Previous vet continued to prescribe antibiotics which would calm everything down but never completely get rid of the infection, which would flare up every few months. He constantly shook his head and had black, waxy, smelly crud in abundance in both ears. A friend recommended Towne Square. Upon seeing his ears, Dr. Dwertman said she could clear up the infection and she did! She had a special protocol that involved a liquid prescription dumped into wet wipes and also an oral prescription. Within two weeks the infection was completely gone and he was off all medications within a month. He has been infection free for over two years! I cannot recommend Dr. Dwertman and her staff enough. Dr. Z and his staff have provided excellent care for my pets for over 10 years.  He's  extremely knowledgeable regarding diseases and recommended therapies.  All members of the staff are very professional and treat your pet with compassion and dignity.  Dr. Z will call you immediately when test results are in, listens to your concerns, and will discuss all options with you in the care of your pet.  Unfortunately he has had to euthanize some of my pets and has always showed compassion and made the experience as comfortable for my pet and me as possible. I searched all over for a vet that I thought could handle my cat who hates the vet. Dr. Zekoff sat down with us for an hour and discussed the best way to go about vet care for our cats and that was after Molly spoke on the phone with me for twenty minutes and then gave us a tour of the place. All staff and Dr.'s, especially Dr. Zeke are amazing with my dogs. Super friendly, fast and thorough. They always remember my dogs and make my elderly dog (Mocha) and my nervous terrier (Frito) feel safe and welcome. They pay special attention to their needs and address each situation with over the top care. I love this place and will never go anywhere else. I hate to write a review of a place I have not had actual experience with. But in "shopping" for a new vet, I see this place offers couponS on their site. Cool. Then I see just one coupon for $5 off services, limited to one per family per year. It was the coupon that actually turned me away from this place after I was initially interested. That coupon is like a slap in the face considering typical yearly vet costs, especially if you have more than one pet. $5 is great, but the limitations maybe ought to be rethought or reworded. This doesn't even deserve a star but since you have to give at least one to write your comment there us go. Being new to the area I tried out town square animal clinic for an emergency. I explained that I was concerned my Great Dane had blockage or worse, bloat. I was told to leave her there and they would get to her when they can. How in the world do you expect me to leave my fur baby with you people and not even know a single one of your names??  That was poor customer service. I drove across town to Noah's Ark Animal Clinic and they took her in right away and scheduled her for surgery for blockage. So thank you, Town Square for saving me from a big mistake and leaving my baby with your staff. Good riddance. Read Less

They are so friendly here. Definitely felt like they were more worried about my pet and taking care of both of my furry kiddos. Prices are very reasonable! Also, if you need a prescription refill, you don't need to pay for an office visit just to get the refill. I have a cat with diabetes and a dog with allergies. I took Copper (2 year old Birttany) to a new vet this morning. Towne Square Animal Clinic in Blue Ash. He had a hot spot on the tip of his tail. Dr. Zekoff checked him from Nose to Tail. He covered complete medical history, activity, food, water intake, sleeping habits, chewing on bones, teeth health and much more. He spent 40 minuets going over him and I truly felt like he cared. He made very detailed notes of everything we went over and even gave me a list of over the counter medications and dose's to help with common issues without a prescription. I first visited here with a friend taking in her two cats (and a toddler--she needed my help!), and like at most vets' offices (I hope), they were great with the cats. But when her cat Tofi, a tortoiseshell calico who has NEVER let me even think of picking her up, finally let me (out of vet office nervousness), we talked about how unusual/miraculous it was--and so they came in and took a picture for me! They printed it right there, and off I went.My cat was sick recently, and I took him in, and once again, everyone was great with my cat patient. And he's now two days well, racing around the house, and the vet called to check on him! And sent him a card! Prices are not unreasonable, so I think they just love animals and good customer service.Also, I took him in for vomiting, but the vet called later and suggested that once he was better, I put him on a baby aspirin regimen for his arthritis. That's the kind of vet I want--the sort who cares about how my pet is doing every day, not just when I'm desperate.Thanks Towne Square Animal Clinic! Read Less

Dr. Zekoff is a really wonderful doctor. He spends lots of time explaining my dogs' treatment options and is always very patient to listen to what I have to say.
