My parents used the elder Dr. Jones as their vet, and I am thrilled to have the current Dr. Jones as my vet. The staff is very knowledgeable, and the fact that I can call in and ask questions to the techs RIGHT THEN, and not have to wait to hear from the vet or the techs, has really impressed me. The top-notch work Dr. Jones does, as compared to his low fees, is nothing short of remarkable. He is a top quality vet who believes that people of all income ranges deserve the best in pet care. And this practice does not add unnecessary and expensive visits and fees - I needed anti-parasite pills for 5 barn cats. After describing what the worms looked like, they gave me a prescription without having to pay for them to see the cats first. I could not have afforded the (reasonable) visit fee for 5 barn cats. I had checked with another veterinary provider first (because Dr. Jones was busy), and they would not provide a prescription to a cat without seeing it first. Dr. Jones’ practice really focuses on sensible treatment and not padding the pockets of the vet or staff. I feel incredibly lucky to have this vet and his practice for any animal I feel needs it. Dr. Jones' receptionist is very rude. She told me she would mail out my cat's shot records. I am disabled and have very difficult days. I waited for an entire week, yet did not receive my records. When I called about them she yelled at me and made a snotty comment. I was forced to go in and get those shot records myself. I contacted Dr. Jones and never received an apology. I have left this practice and my friends who go to him are leaving as well. I will never go to this vet again.

A family you can tell that went into the career for the correct reason ...the love of the animals. You won't see a fancy clinic here but what you will find is HIGH quality pet service, people who care about every pet who walk through their door and you walk out with a bill that makes since and isn't inflated to cover the price of the fancy clinic you sat in for maybe 15 minutes your pet couldn't care less what it looked like. It will be a major loss to the community if/when this place ever closes you don't find vets and doctors like this any more.

I've been going to Dr. Jones for more than a decade, and he and his amazing staff are awesome! This is by far the cheapest vet to go to in the area, and the level of quality care is amazing. I had to have my best friend euthanized not long ago, and they were caring, kind, and amazingly empathitic! Once I decide to get another fur buddy this will be his vet until Dr. Jones retires! Hopefully that's not for a long time!

Had to put our girl down a few months back. Dr Jones and his staff were amazing during this process especially when it came down to the day we had to put her to sleep, and bringing her back to the house for a few hours so our family could say good bye to her!! Very personable wouldn't want to go to another vet for this process!!

Tree's out front are hiding the sign& outside of building would look great with some pet friendly decor. Staff are very friendly & patient. It was our first visit, but definitely will be back again.

Dr. Jones gave my miniature poodle his shots, a few hours after his shots I noticed that my boy was acting weird. I took him back to Dr Jones he was very concerned agreed with me that was indeed a reaction to one of the shots, he examined and gave Odie medication to counter the reaction. I asked what if he continues to react and gets worse and the clinic is closed he said if that happened call the clinic the recorder will give a phone number and he would meet me at the clinic. Very caring, concerned Doctor. Odie is fine he is back to his old self thank you Doctor Jones

Dr. Jones and his staff are kind, knowledge and considerate people who I feel confident trusting my pet's health to. Knowing that my animals will receive the care they need at a clinic that cares more about their clients than their pocketbook is important to me. Never once am I made to feel foolish for wanting to seek treatment for my daughter's hamster, nor am I talked into costly and unnecessary procedures for our dogs. Honest advice from honest people; you don't find that often these days! Highly recommend by this client for life!

Dr. Jones' receptionist is very rude. She told me she would mail out my cat's shot records. I am disabled and have very difficult days. I waited for an entire week, yet did not receive my records. When I called about them she yelled at me and made a snotty comment. I was forced to go in and get those shot records myself. I contacted Dr. Jones and never received an apology. I've been going to Dr. Jones for more than a decade, and he and his amazing staff are awesome! This is by far the cheapest vet to go to in the area, and the level of quality care is amazing. I had to have my best friend euthanized not long ago, and they were caring, kind, and amazingly empathitic! Once I decide to get another fur buddy this will be his vet until Dr. Jones retires! Hopefully that's not for a long time!
