Got me in right away, however charged me 250.00 for 2 kittens that got treated for something they later called and said “they didn’t have that” come back for the exact same test so we can test it for something else. Long story short 310.00 later cats still sick and not treated - ... I got the feeling this is more about money than the animal.

This was our first visit and they took time to answer all questions and explain what needed to be done (immunization and booster, microchip, food, exercise).
Facility is clean, bright and welcoming. Pricing was fair and well explained.

I had recently switched vets and gone to Apple Hill. Long story short Dr. Grossman was extremely nice, honest and was straight forward with me. The tests she ran took a short amount of time and everything was explained clearly to me. Yes , it was a little more costly than I would like but maintainable in my budget being a student and working part time. I am very grateful for the doctors help with my pet and I would recommend this vet to my friends and family. Over all really pleased. Thank You

I am new to Apple Hill vet hospital. I love the care I have gotten for my dog. Dr. Burge is amazing. He has an amazing concern for the animals. I can attest to that when my dog had to have a lump removed. He was available if I had any concerns or questions. He made sure we talked before the procedure and he called me aftetwards to let me know how things went. Briget, the vet tech is amazing too. She is definitely an advocate for the animals and her dedication goes above and beyond. I trust her with her caring ways and her knowledge with my dog. They also incorporate cold Lazer therapy. It great for many things, but it was used in my dog post op to help with wound healing. I love that they are using more "natural" ways to help with healing. I don't have any real experience with the other vet techs or Dr's there, but I am sure they are as caring as well. I highly recommend Apple Hil for your pets needs.

My dog's third eyelid was coming up uncontrollably and they thought it might be a birth defect with her liver. We adjusted her diet and paid the hundreds of dollars for the various tests they wanted to do. In the end they were unable to determine the cause of the problem and referred us to a neurologist who wanted to perform an MRI on her. We decided to get a second opinion before taking such a big step. The second vet easily diagnosed it as an allergy to pine trees and the problem was solved with a $5 box of benadryl. Obviously I was less than impressed with their ability to treat my dog and wish they would have tried simple remedies before taking such drastic steps. My dog was put through a lot of unnecessary stress.
Also, in comparing their prices to Banfield Pet Hospital in Parma (where we go now) I was mad that I did not shop around before taking her to Apple Hill. The prices are outrageous. We would have saved hundreds of dollars had we signed our pup up for Banfield's wellness plan sooner. I have never had a problem quickly getting my accident prone dog into Banfield and they are always friendly.

The tests she ran took a short amount of time and everything was explained clearly to me. Yes , it was a little more costly than I would like but maintainable in my budget being a student and working part time. I can attest to that when my dog had to have a lump removed. He was available if I had any concerns or questions. My dog's third eyelid was coming up uncontrollably and they thought it might be a birth defect with her liver. We adjusted her diet and paid the hundreds of dollars for the various tests they wanted to do. In the end they were unable to determine the cause of the problem and referred us to a neurologist who wanted to perform an MRI on her.
