My families first experience at Brookville Animal Hospital was better than 5 Star A+. They treated us like family, & made us feel as comfortable as if we were in our own home.
We recently had to have
our family's best friend put
to sleep after 14 great years.
Every single staff member that we encountered here, is absolutely wonderful. Everyone showed such a high level of Empathy, Professionalism, & Kindness, that it made this difficult day so much less painful. They not only took the time to explain to my son & I each step of what they were doing, but they made time to console & comfort us afterwards, & they let my son & I stay in the room until We were ready to leave. They would check in on us just enough to let us know they hadn't forgotten about us, but Not so much that we felt rushed.
There is absolutely nothing that I would change about my experience with these wonderful people.
I want to express my Sincerest Thanks, & my Deepest Gratitude to all of the employees at the Brookville Animal Hospital for helping us through this sad time.

I love all the doctors, techs, and employees here. They always take wonderful care of my pets and without killing my bank account. Dr. McPherson is patient and personable....my pets love her. One of my dogs cannot handle anesthesia, which we did not know until he was under for his neuter surgery. Dr. McKinsey paid such close attention to him while he was under that she was able to catch it and revive him in time. I imagine another vet might have caught it too late and Moose would not be with us today. Dr. Peters was so kind and empathetic when we had to put down one of our elderly dogs, and let us spend as much time in the room as we needed. My last vet tried pushing vaccines and procedures on me that my pets did not need and would make me feel guilty for saying no. The vets at Brookville Animal Hospital are always up front in telling me if they seriously recommend something or if it is not necessary, and I appreciate that they are not in the business just to make money, but rather because they love animals.

Dr. McPherson is extremely patient and caring with each animal she has treated for me. Dr. McPherson explains everything and also, makes sure I have a good understanding before I leave.
