Receptionist are often rude, the vet didn't not introduce himself as to who he was. They are not very personable and higher priced than most other veterinary clinics. I used them for 1 year before transferring to another vet. After making a request for my pets file I was told I could come in and pick them up. I went to pick them up and they claimed they would not be ready till the following day at which time they were asked to fax them to my new vet. Seven to ten months pass by and it is time for my pet to get shots, my vet still has not received the records and Best will not email them to the new vetrinarian. Now known as "Best Care" they are the worst care for your pet.

In 3 years, and 3 TERRIBLE GROOMERS, this experience was Truly a Wonder. Being Greeted, services explained and then the presentation of our 2 little ones - I am struggling for words. They are all Warm, Professional and do exactly what they say they will. We are sooooooo Very happy with the entire grooming. Please Please contact them and know that your little ones are in secure, professional loving hands !!

Receptionist are often rude, the vet didn't not introduce himself as to who he was. They are not very personable and higher priced than most other veterinary clinics. I used them for 1 year before transferring to another vet. After making a request for my pets file I was told I could come in and pick them up. I went to pick them up and they claimed they would not be ready till the following day at which time they were asked to fax them to my new vet. Seven to ten months pass by and it is time for my pet to get shots, my vet still has not received the records and Best will not email them to the new vetrinarian. Now known as "Best Care" they are the worst care for your pet.
