Chagrin Animal Clinic from Chagrin Falls treats each appointment as a choreographed sequence where touch, observation, and sound elements appear only after the pet signals readiness—delivering services to Ohio families. Upon arrival pets receive permission to investigate their environment. The process embraces scent-mapping slow movements and selective engagement as integral components. The clinical team observes the animal's adaptation to floor texture combined with ceiling acoustics and vertical presence. Each visit stands unique without repetition as some start through gentle palpation while others commence with visual exams or social acclimation. Pet owners receive invitations to disclose intricate details such as their pet's resting preferences at home alongside the specific noises their pets avoid and any changes in mealtime rhythms. Chagrin Animal Clinic provides support for services such as injury evaluation immune system diagnostics muscle elasticity checks sensory aversion handling and chronic illness co-management. Exam structures undergo modifications depending on breath cycles freeze signals gaze breaks or limb withdrawal. Every examination chamber contains instruments for immediate alteration including portable stools adjustable lighting and optional barriers to diminish visual overload. The medical process reaches its true conclusion not with the procedure but through decompression. Pets get a period to adjust their senses before they exit. Behavioral pacing guides instruct owners on the timing for reintroducing stimuli along with food and touch offerings while identifying signs of emotional lag or physical soreness. Chagrin Animal Clinic collaborates with pets from Chagrin Falls and nearby Ohio regions to maintain animal processing principles during entry treatment and recovery stages.

I went to Dr. Scaravelli for a few years, with no issues. During one routine visit, I brought in my kitties with my boyfriend, who at the time all had eye infections/ conjunctivits. Dr. Scaravelli told me that the likely cause was bacterial and viral, as one might expect - probably chlamydia or herpes. She eyed both me and my boyfriend skeptically and asked if either of us had chlamydia or herpes, which was awkward and unprofessional. When we told her no we did not, her demeanor still didn't change and the rest of the exam was still awkward. I work in healthcare, so I understand her needing to r/o things diagnostically, but it was the accusing manner in which she did it. It's been years since I went to her for vet care, but I still remember how we were treated and would never recommend them. Read Less

We have used Dr. Scarvelli and Dr. Eldridge to care for our 2 cats and 3 dogs for over 15 years. We have always found them to be very caring and knowledgeable with whatever issues we've had to deal with. From bladder cancer to thyroid imbalances to my cat swallowing a large button and needing surgery - they have always given us excellent treatment at reasonable vet prices. They have made time for us in emergency situations and showed great sensitivity when we had to euthanize our dog of 12 years. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the new facility is extremely clean and well equipped. We have no reservations recommending the Chagrin Animal Clinic to friends and family.

I took my dog to have his teeth cleaned and I knew they would have to pull a few but not over 22! To top it off the guy is so rough that he actually broke the dogs jaw a day or 2 later. Poor thing, he was blind and deaf too. Needless to say we had to put him down because he was being torchered enough by the man. Word to the wise go elsewhere.
