I used to love this place for my dogs. Recently boarded dogs there for 6 days, while there they were seen by a vet for skin irritation. Dogs went in fine. Picked them up on Saturday just before closing and one was breathing a bit harder than normal...needless to say he died the next morning. Called to find out if the vet noticed anything different with him during exam and she had no explanation! Just wanted to make sure that I continued to pay wellness plan! The turnover rate for vets should have raised a red flag for me...this place is not what it used to be. Very heartbroken.

Took my new rescue dog here after being told on the phone they had a $30 Spa special for a bath, clip and ear clean. When making the appointment I told them it was a new dog that has not been there before and they said it would be $30. So I got up early, took my wife to work and went to drop off around 8:00. When I got there with all his up to date shot papers I was told he would also need a $23 flu shot and a $20 exam along with the $30 spa " special ". He was only there for the spa special.... not to be boarded there! These extra costs should have been explained up front not at check in! I would never have taken him there if I knew that!

Every experince we have had at Animal Care Center of Forest Park has been better than we could've imagined. The doctors take so much interest in what we have had to say & showed so much care towards not only our dogs but to us as well. They know exactly what they're talking about (or so it seems, haha) & I know we can trust them to provide us with the best options for our dog. I absolutely love taking my dogs there, it's always an amazing experience!

Animal Care Centers took care of my beloved dog Dexter for 11 years. I honestly have nothing but good things to say about the staff and Doctors. Dexter was treated by both Dr Wendy and Dr Monika and they always treated him as if he was family. Throughout his many surgeries and procedures they always kept me informed and calm. Dexter passed away last week but I do look forward to returning to Animal Care Center when I get another dog in a few years. Thank you for always taking care of Dexter!

We take our dog, Ava the bulldog, there and Dr. Monika is the best. She truly loves what she does and the pets she sees! The girls in front are awesome too. Always so helpful and friendly. Ava also goes for spa day once a month or so and the guy who tends to her is just great! Ava loves him. She always comes home happy and beautiful. Animal Care Center is such a wonderful place for your pets with their exceptional staff and doctors. I am always recommending them to my friends.

Brought my kitten I found last summer in yesterday. He was bitten by another animal and now has an abscess on his leg. The caregivers and veterinarian was very quick, thorough and informing of everything that was happening to him and what I needed to do to make him feel better. I have scheduled another appointment for him to be neutered this week and I'm confident everything will be ok. The Wellness Plan is has already saved me hundreds of dollars in care expenses and it gives me the peace of mind of not worrying about having huge bills in the future if my little baby gets in trouble again! Everyone is caring and obviously loves animals. I won't go anywhere else.

We just started going here in March of this year, primarily because we had a new puppy and they recommended we go here for vaccinations. We are so happy we did. In a short time, they have made a big impression. They are the best and have treated all of our animals with care. The staff, techs, and vets are so nice and you can tell they love the animals they care for. We have used the wellness plan and it has saved us money as well as giving us peace of mind. We have also used their boarding services and have been pleased with it. We can vacation without worry. Our decision to move all of our animals' care here was solidified after having to euthanize one of our cats in August. We had to take her to the Forest Park location to get her in as soon as possible. The compassion they showed was so comforting as they helped us say goodbye even though we had never met them nor had they met Rascals. The last few months our 10 year old dog had been struggling and Dr. Katrina tried everything to give him comfort and heal him. She and other vets took time to explain everything and answer any questions we had. Yesterday she helped Scruffy cross the rainbow bridge when nothing else could be done. Our family will be forever grateful for how they helped us in such a difficult and sad time. We know veterinarians and boarding facilities are businesses, but we have never felt that our animals best interest was not at the forefront. Every vet and tech has been great and I can't recommend the center highly enough.

I have never been inside this care center till August 10 when as an emergency (our normal veterinarian was closed) we had to take our little girl Hermione in to be helped over the Rainbow Bridge. Everyone was so kind and caring. Mrs. Lewis made us feel as comfortable as she could during such an emotional time. She was gentle and patient. That in its self made a great impression on us but then today after we picked up her ashes we came home to a beautiful letter in the mail from David Haeussler with sympathy and it was signed from all the staff. He said he made a donation to "Save The Animals Foundation" in Hermiones honor. Also enclosed was a beautiful poem. This is a very caring and compassionate place.

We have been taking hundreds of shelter dogs to Dr. Corfman for years. He is the most caring, knowledgeable and honest veterinarian I have ever met. He has the difficult task of sometimes dealing with shelter dogs who are not on their best behavior and yet he is always thorough and efficient. His ""bedside manner"" puts our dogs at ease. The vet techs, the front desk staff, and the kennel staff at the ACC are all so cheerful, helpful and go overboard to help us with all of the dogs we constantly parade through there! The best compliment I can give is that I also take my own dogs to see Dr. C, and have done so for too many years for me to count! Save the Animals Foundation is indeed indebted to all of you. Thank you for caring so much.

I took my pet rat here for some breathing issues. I didn't have wait very long before I was seen and I was greeted by people who seemed very happy to deal with my pets. I will be going back for any future health issues my rats might have.

Just brought in my new puppy to get her vaccinations after a recommendation from them when I called to get some more flea and tick medication for our first dog that we bring here. Animal Care Center is such a great place, every staff member is friendly and boarding here is so easy! We know our dogs are in great hands!

Took my new rescue dog here after being told on the phone they had a $30 Spa special for a bath, clip and ear clean. When making the appointment I told them it was a new dog that has not been there before and they said it would be $30. So I got up early, took my wife to work and went to drop off around 8:00. When I got there with all his up to date shot papers I was told he would also need a $23 flu shot and a $20 exam along with the $30 spa " special ". He was only there for the spa special.... not to be boarded there! These extra costs should have been explained up front not at check in! I would never have taken him there if I knew that!

Every experince we have had at Animal Care Center of Forest Park has been better than we could've imagined. The doctors take so much interest in what we have had to say & showed so much care towards not only our dogs but to us as well. They know exactly what they're talking about (or so it seems, haha) & I know we can trust them to provide us with the best options for our dog. I absolutely love taking my dogs there, it's always an amazing experience!

Animal Care Centers took care of my beloved dog Dexter for 11 years. I honestly have nothing but good things to say about the staff and Doctors. Dexter was treated by both Dr Wendy and Dr Monika and they always treated him as if he was family. Throughout his many surgeries and procedures they always kept me informed and calm. Dexter passed away last week but I do look forward to returning to Animal Care Center when I get another dog in a few years. Thank you for always taking care of Dexter!

We take our dog, Ava the bulldog, there and Dr. Monika is the best. She truly loves what she does and the pets she sees! The girls in front are awesome too. Always so helpful and friendly. Ava also goes for spa day once a month or so and the guy who tends to her is just great! Ava loves him. She always comes home happy and beautiful. Animal Care Center is such a wonderful place for your pets with their exceptional staff and doctors. I am always recommending them to my friends.

I dropped my dog off this morning for his annual teeth cleaning that is included in his Wellness Plan with Animal Care Center. The staff was very informative and sweet towards my dog. He seemed happy when they brought him back out too! We always have amazing service! The ladies at the front desk are great too! They even found a coupon at check out for me!!!! Brought my kitten I found last summer in yesterday. He was bitten by another animal and now has an abscess on his leg. The caregivers and veterinarian was very quick, thorough and informing of everything that was happening to him and what I needed to do to make him feel better. I have scheduled another appointment for him to be neutered this week and I'm confident everything will be ok. The Wellness Plan is has already saved me hundreds of dollars in care expenses and it gives me the peace of mind of not worrying about having huge bills in the future if my little baby gets in trouble again! Everyone is caring and obviously loves animals. I won't go anywhere else.

We just started going here in March of this year, primarily because we had a new puppy and they recommended we go here for vaccinations. We are so happy we did. In a short time, they have made a big impression. They are the best and have treated all of our animals with care. The staff, techs, and vets are so nice and you can tell they love the animals they care for. We have used the wellness plan and it has saved us money as well as giving us peace of mind. We have also used their boarding services and have been pleased with it. We can vacation without worry. Our decision to move all of our animals' care here was solidified after having to euthanize one of our cats in August. We had to take her to the Forest Park location to get her in as soon as possible. The compassion they showed was so comforting as they helped us say goodbye even though we had never met them nor had they met Rascals. The last few months our 10 year old dog had been struggling and Dr. Katrina tried everything to give him comfort and heal him. She and other vets took time to explain everything and answer any questions we had. Yesterday she helped Scruffy cross the rainbow bridge when nothing else could be done. Our family will be forever grateful for how they helped us in such a difficult and sad time. We know veterinarians and boarding facilities are businesses, but we have never felt that our animals best interest was not at the forefront. Every vet and tech has been great and I can't recommend the center highly enough.

I have never been inside this care center till August 10 when as an emergency (our normal veterinarian was closed) we had to take our little girl Hermione in to be helped over the Rainbow Bridge. Everyone was so kind and caring. Mrs. Lewis made us feel as comfortable as she could during such an emotional time. She was gentle and patient. That in its self made a great impression on us but then today after we picked up her ashes we came home to a beautiful letter in the mail from David Haeussler with sympathy and it was signed from all the staff. He said he made a donation to "Save The Animals Foundation" in Hermiones honor. Also enclosed was a beautiful poem. This is a very caring and compassionate place.

We have been taking hundreds of shelter dogs to Dr. Corfman for years. He is the most caring, knowledgeable and honest veterinarian I have ever met. He has the difficult task of sometimes dealing with shelter dogs who are not on their best behavior and yet he is always thorough and efficient. His ""bedside manner"" puts our dogs at ease. The vet techs, the front desk staff, and the kennel staff at the ACC are all so cheerful, helpful and go overboard to help us with all of the dogs we constantly parade through there! The best compliment I can give is that I also take my own dogs to see Dr. C, and have done so for too many years for me to count! Save the Animals Foundation is indeed indebted to all of you. Thank you for caring so much.

They are big enough to have all diagnostic tools under on roof, but they still know who I am when I come in the door. You cannot do better than this.
