Beechmont pet hospital is absolutely fabulous. All of the staff, the facility and especially dr Jennifer! She was comforting and nurturing from the time she walked in the door never have I been to a vet that immediately sits in the floor to greet my dog. Not only was it very affordable but she and the staff at beechmont provided my Lilly girl and myself with the best care. I highly recommend them to any and everyone seeking vet care for their precious fur babies

When our dog, Lucy, cut her leg open we called to have her looked at, and we were told to bring her in right away and they would work her into the already booked schedule. Lucy required 5 staples to close the wound, so we were so grateful to the staff for the quick attention and for being so accommodating!! Since Lucy can't seem to stay out of trouble, she required another urgent visit when we noticed her wound was opening up because she managed to remove 2 of the staples while we weren't watching. Once again, we were able to get right in to be seen. The care, concern and treatment of our dogs is genuine and excellent. We are so lucky to have such a caring place to take our pets!! Thank you Beechmont Pet Hospital!!

Sweet Pea loves to go to the vet at Beechmont Pet Hospital. She's so excited, she tinkles a bit when she arrives and sees other furry friends. Dr. Meredith is her preferred vet. Sometimes she goes in to see a tech for a toe nail trim, and she loves them all. I highly recommend Beechmont Pet Hospital. They all cater to your pet's individual needs, as Sweet Pea doesn't like restraint and she has allergies. Everyone is always considerate and caring when taking care of my Sweet Pea, a beautiful pit bully/boxer mix.

I have been a client for 28 years, obviously with several generations of pets. The vets and techs are warm and greet me and my pet like we are part of their family. I have seen all the vets in the practice except Dr. Mallet and every one of them listens, asks diagnostic questions, and recommend the entire gamut of treatment options with all the possible outcomes. For my cat I opted for the radiation treatment at MedVet and the communication was excellent between offices. They can almost always see a pet the same day as an illness presents. They are currently working with me with my geriatric 15.6 yr. old min pin mix and I am confident in their advice and recommendations. Great vet practice.

They were able to get my pet in the next day. The vet was able to review with me the issues and then price quote me. She went the cheaper route rather then run up a bunch of costs. You could tell she was in it to help my pet as quick and cost efficient as she could. The other staff was friendly and my pet was treated like a king. Highly recommend this group!

We called for an appointment for a cat with an infected paw on a Friday. They were able to get us in the next day. The problem was treated promptly and we were sent home with detailed instructions. This cat can be very difficult but she was kept surprisingly calm through the procedure (deeply ingrown nail). Everyone was extremely professional, the fees were reasonable and our cat is already feeling better. I would highly recommend Beechmont Pet Hospital.

I had a rough experience over a year ago and wrote a review with 3 stars a couple months ago. However, I decided to go back because I like Dr.Larson, Dr. Whitaker and Dr.Smith. I had an emergency tonight that resulted in putting one of my dogs to sleep and the other one needs care. The staff at the front desk were amazing. I called several times and they were patient and understanding. Dr.Meyer was so wonderful! I appreciate the experience tonight. It was a rough evening emotionally and the staff made it as easy as it could have been. Dr.Whitaker took great care of my other dog. It was for sure 5 stars.

We have been going to Beechmont Pet Hospital for many years, and have had wonderful care for all our pets (cocker spaniels). We are very confident with them and feel they provide the best medical care for them from regular checkups/shots to surgeries. We know they are in the best of hands. All the vets are loving and kind to us and our pets and the office staff are very caring and efficient as well.

I brought my cat to BPH and I got weird vibes from them. So I went to another vet. My mom takes our two dogs there and she always has a bad experience. Recently went and our 6 month old pit mix is a little over weight for her age and size, they tried to tell us to switch her from puppy food to adult food. Especially at only 6 months, she should absolutely not be on adult food. The vet tech or whomever would not let my mom get a word inand she should've suggested to simpley cut back on her portions and to make sure she's getting exercise.

I cannot express my gratitude for every single member of this incredible staff. I brought my 8 week old kitten in after he began showing signs of a severe neurological problem. He wasn't able to walk, see, and was completely disoriented. I had to rush him in for two emergency visits- visits they didn't have available but made time to see me with the upmost urgency. I am writing this with tears of joy in my eyes as my kitten is making a great recovery. This is absolutely the best veterinary office in all of the greater Cincinnati; and also very affordable. I have gone to other vets in the city and my have never been treated better than at this office. Every single person down to the receptionists have consistently been kind and it is very apparent these great people love what they do and have a huge heart for our furry babies. I can't say thank you enough. If you are looking for a vet office- hands down this is where you should go. If I could rate more stars I would. Thank you for saving my kitten's life!!

Took my elderly dog in for a visit. When I called and was asked what was going on, I was then asked if I was making an appointment to put her down. All I wanted was for her to get checked out. Typically we see Dr Larson whom I like. This time we saw Dr. Millette, I will never be back. She told me my dog is full of cancer and suffering and she should be put down. No tests were done or even offered, she had all paperwork ready to put her down. I left that evening with my dog and will never be back. I did take her somewhere else for a second opinion where tests were ran and she has a UTI. Glad I listened to my heart and have more time with my dog.

My SO and I have been to several vets with our three large breed dogs, and we've never seen a vet as caring and attentive as Dr. Meyer. She got down on the floor with them, examined them gently and thoroughly, and made sure our very nervous husky felt comfortable and safe. I just left a few mins ago, and I'm sad to say how disappointed I am. I have been bringing my animals here for years and have recommended you're office and had friends who's brought their animals there as well. My tinker is pregnant and we came for a check up. Dr Whitaker has the worst bed side manner. If you have bad news there is a lot better way of starting out besides us walking into the x-ray room and immediately the first thing being said to us was that there were dead babies inside my dog. It was just very insensitive how she went about telling us. I am not sure if we will be back or not. I know you guys have some great vets I have experienced them. Dr kohl is one of my favorites. But this visit left a bad taste in my mouth.

Our humans have been taking us to Beechmont Pet Hospital since 2000. We overheard them saying it was close to home and was highly recommended by one of their good friends. We've since moved further away but continue to call BPH our "vet" due to the warm, caring, loving, caring, knowledgeable and did I mention CARING staff - from those that greet you when you enter the facility to the vet techs and the vets. Although a few of us get nervous on the ride there and while we're waiting - we have to admit that we've always been treated with love. Our humans recommend them to EVERYONE they know w/pets.

Really disappointed. Take dog in last night and told the bill could be set up on payment plan. After buying his meds for over $100 we come to pick up then told we have a bill of nearly $400 and must pay all now or can't get dog. No payment plan offered like they told us last night. So today we have to scramble to try to get all of this money just to get pet back. Poor business and poor customer service.

Beechmont pet hospital is absolutely fabulous. All of the staff, the facility and especially dr Jennifer! She was comforting and nurturing from the time she walked in the door never have I been to a vet that immediately sits in the floor to greet my dog. Not only was it very affordable but she and the staff at beechmont provided my Lilly girl and myself with the best care. When our dog, Lucy, cut her leg open we called to have her looked at, and we were told to bring her in right away and they would work her into the already booked schedule. I have been a client for 28 years, obviously with several generations of pets. The vets and techs are warm and greet me and my pet like we are part of their family. They were able to get my pet in the next day. The vet was able to review with me the issues and then price quote me. She went the cheaper route rather then run up a bunch of costs. You could tell she was in it to help my pet as quick and cost efficient as she could. The other staff was friendly and my pet was treated like a king. Highly recommend this group!

This cat can be very difficult but she was kept surprisingly calm through the procedure (deeply ingrown nail). Very courteous and caring staff who assisted my family when we brought my mother's 17 year old Bichon in and had to put him in God's hands! They explained the process and really understood what we were going through! Helped his transition in a very caring way not only to our pet but our family and there isn't thanks enough for that! The staff is wonderful at Beechmont Pet Hospital. They love our pets as much as we do! We are so happy they are so close to our home and have great hours.

I cannot express my gratitude for every single member of this incredible staff. I brought my 8 week old kitten in after he began showing signs of a severe neurological problem. He wasn't able to walk, see, and was completely disoriented. I had to rush him in for two emergency visits- visits they didn't have available but made time to see me with the upmost urgency. I am writing this with tears of joy in my eyes as my kitten is making a great recovery. This is absolutely the best veterinary office in all of the greater Cincinnati; and also very affordable. I have gone to other vets in the city and my have never been treated better than at this office. Every single person down to the receptionists have consistently been kind and it is very apparent these great people love what they do and have a huge heart for our furry babies. I can't say thank you enough. If you are looking for a vet office- hands down this is where you should go. If I could rate more stars I would. Thank you for saving my kitten's life!!

Took my elderly dog in for a visit. When I called and was asked what was going on, I was then asked if I was making an appointment to put her down. All I wanted was for her to get checked out. Typically we see Dr Larson whom I like. This time we saw Dr. Millette, I will never be back. She told me my dog is full of cancer and suffering and she should be put down. No tests were done or even offered, she had all paperwork ready to put her down. I left that evening with my dog and will never be back. I did take her somewhere else for a second opinion where tests were ran and she has a UTI. Glad I listened to my heart and have more time with my dog.

My SO and I have been to several vets with our three large breed dogs, and we've never seen a vet as caring and attentive as Dr. Meyer. She got down on the floor with them, examined them gently and thoroughly, and made sure our very nervous husky felt comfortable and safe. We were deeply impressed by her and look forward to developing a long relationship with Dr. Meyer and Beechmont Pet Hospital.

I just left a few mins ago, and I'm sad to say how disappointed I am. I have been bringing my animals here for years and have recommended you're office and had friends who's brought their animals there as well. My tinker is pregnant and we came for a check up. Dr Whitaker has the worst bed side manner. If you have bad news there is a lot better way of starting out besides us walking into the x-ray room and immediately the first thing being said to us was that there were dead babies inside my dog. It was just very insensitive how she went about telling us. I am not sure if we will be back or not. I know you guys have some great vets I have experienced them. Dr kohl is one of my favorites. But this visit left a bad taste in my mouth.

Our humans have been taking us to Beechmont Pet Hospital since 2000. We overheard them saying it was close to home and was highly recommended by one of their good friends. We've since moved further away but continue to call BPH our "vet" due to the warm, caring, loving, caring, knowledgeable and did I mention CARING staff - from those that greet you when you enter the facility to the vet techs and the vets. Although a few of us get nervous on the ride there and while we're waiting - we have to admit that we've always been treated with love. Our humans recommend them to EVERYONE they know w/pets.

Really disappointed. Take dog in last night and told the bill could be set up on payment plan. After buying his meds for over $100 we come to pick up then told we have a bill of nearly $400 and must pay all now or can't get dog. No payment plan offered like they told us last night. So today we have to scramble to try to get all of this money just to get pet back. Poor business and poor customer service.
