My daughter and I dropped off her rabbit to be boarded for a week(Aug29-Sept5). We left half of a huge bag of hay and a bag of pellets. When my Fiance picked the rabbit up a week later, she was told that we never dropped off any food and on top of that, we were missing a piece to the water bottle that holds the bottle securely to the cage. When I called to complain, I got the (I was not here) response. Needless to say, they lost a future customer for life and get a bad review. Hope the bags of rabbit food and losing the bottle piece was worth it.

Very disappointing. Took my first animal to Petcare in 1988. Went back when we adopted a rabbit. When I called for an appointment on a Saturday for a rabbit that we said was not eatting (which is life threatening for them), we were told that they were completely booked. However, when I drove by at 12 (which hours state they are open until 2), there was no one there and no lights. If you are not going to be there, tell the truth. Dont say you are booked. I was able to find someone that took him, even when they were booked. Will never go back.

I have a special needs dog who was terribly abused before we adopted him, and the doctors and techs are very understanding and gentle with him. They are reasonably priced, conveniently located, and we've always had a great experience with them. Highly recommend!

This is going to sound weird but...I took my two dogs to get their shots and they actually enjoyed it. The Vet and Steve were so good with them...they didn't even notice that anything "icky" was happ...
This is going to sound weird but...I took my two dogs to get their shots and they actually enjoyed it. The Vet and Steve were so good with them...they didn't even notice that anything "icky" was happening. I won't have to "trick them" into going to the Vet anymore. They actually had fun! (BTW---Even the Receptionist is wonderful. She saved the credit card that i accidentally left for months and worked diligently to return it.) I highly recommend PetCare Animal Hospital. Their hours are great!!! Saturday and Sunday hours at regular rates and extended weekday hours---who can beat that?
