Each step is explained in simple terms, and the evaluation of progress is based on behavior. The home care needs to be as simple as possible for long-term use and the next appointment preparation. Instead of overwhelming families with numerous tasks, the team employs a spaced approach, which incorporates built-in flexibility and optional check-ins. Dr Warm is the most caring and patient vet I have ever used over my years of having my animals. I have referred co-workers to her because I believe she gets that our animals are more than pets but that there are also limitations that we all must face in the real world and she does so with no judgement. She will always do what is best for your animal and is always willing to work with you to make sure your pet is safe, well and comfortable. The Techs are wonderful as well at Warm Animal Hospital and provide you the emotional support when difficult decisions need to be made. Warm Animal Hospital is the best animal practice in the area and I highly recommend everyone to come and make an appointment. You will see what I am talking about. Thank you Dr Warm for everything you did for my Zurri. You gave her a chance and for that I am so very grateful. Read Less
