Dr Sheppard is great , he knows his stuff and just as important you can tell he loves animals , same goes for the whole staff. I just went there once, to have my dog put to sleep. The staff was very kind. One thing I don't understand...they said I would need an appointment if I wanted to hold my dog while he was getting the euthanasia shot, but I couldn't wait because the little guy was suffering. I went in and I was the only one there, only 2 cars in the parking lot. And it was probably employee vehicles. So why not just let me hold my dog. They also charge a slight bit more than my normal veternarian, but not a whole lot. I probably won't go back with my other dog, only because I like my regular vet better. We take all of our animals here. They are fast, professional, and really care about your pets. After we had to have our sweet elderly cat put down due to his failing health and pain they sent a sympathy card that really touched our hearts. Would not take our animals anywhere else. Read Less

I called on a Tuesday morning to get my dog in for a nail trim. The girl said her next appointment would be Friday! She was not helpful. Seemed like I bothered her when I had called. Awful service! Will gladly go elsewhere! Read Less
