I am a Professional Master K9 trainer with 38 years experience. Each time I have called and talked to the women on the Phone I get the rudest snide comments from them. My dogs go to Law Enforcement, Military, Border Patrol as well as Family Protection. They can not be dropped off for someone else to handle and force them to submit to them and expected to do their job with full confidence afterwards. It ruins the dog. This is fine if people want to allow this to happen with their furbabies that will never be asked to protect the house from a intruder but this is not okay for any type of protection dog. They would never ask the police department or the sheriff office to drop their dog off for the same reasons I stated that we don't drop ours off. It would ruin them. Before you say well that is law enforcement go back up and read again where my dogs go after I train them. I have a 5 months old that needs a umbilical hernia repair. Simple surgery. They wanted me to drop her off knowing I can't do that. Very simply let me restrain my own dog while the veterinarian sedates it and after she is out she doesn't know who is doing what to her. Afterwards wake her up and I can take her home. To much to ask! What happens is you drop off your dog and several people jump on it and hold it down because it is fighting these strangers trying to sedate it. Okay so the surgery gets done. The dog is now scared of strangers because of the encounter with the vet tech's. Maybe it doesn't show it so much and goes through Training and gets sold to a department and one day the k9 handler that got that dog goes to a domestic call and while there he gets jumped. Fighting for his life he hits the remote control to open the door and deploy his K9 to assist him because it is his only backup. The K9 comes out of the car and one of the suspects turns to the dog and yells. The dog remembered when it was held down and forced to submit to a stranger before and tucks tail and runs. And the officer dies from being strangled. Someone at his funeral is saying why didn't the dog engage? Yes it's just like that. I get very offended by people working in veterinarian's offices that don't understand that we do things differently than furbaby owners for a reason. One traumatic experience can scar a dog for life! Oh you say that doesn't happen to dogs and cats dropped off at a veterinarian office? That is what many people think about their Human parents dropped off at old folks homes when no one is there to see. You want to see Law Enforcement K9's failing and not Engaging just go on Facebook and Youtube. It happens every day. One idiot can mess up the best bred dog in the world in a matter of minutes. Very nice staff. Truely care about animals. My ferret ate red dye without my knowledge, and gave me a scare when red came out her other end! They were able to test them and get them on the proper medicine (to make sure everything passed properly) very quickly. Read Less

This was not our usual Vet and we needed help saying goodbye to our beloved fur baby, of 11 years "Lady." Had the Dr. given us any information other than what was the best thing for her we would have did anything for just another day with "Lady". The Doctor and the staff were very honest and compassionate. We appreciate beyond words what they did for "Lady" and our family. If we are ever able to open our hearts to another fur baby this will be our Vet of choice. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts, The Best Family.Read Less

I rescued a dog who would of more than likely passed if I hadnt taken him. I brought him to North Court and got him all fixed up and now I could never imagine letting Louii go. I owe them a small piece of my heart that they gave me with Louii. Awesome and efficient! Read Less

I have been going to North Court Animal Clinic for over 10 years now. There are 3 vets there. I have seen all three and love them all, more importantly, more pets have all loved them. I trust them with the lives of my babies (my pets). The care that they give is the best without doing unnecessary procedures just to charge more. They explain everything and help make decisions based on what would be best for your pet, not their bottom line. They all truly love animals and it shows! When my Mastiff got sick and was too weak and too old to fight it, she was at the point where I needed to make that tough decision to keep her from suffering,  the staff at North Court was wonderful. Then about a week later, I received a card offering their condolences from them. I also got a call from the vet checking on me to see how I was doing. Now years later, and a few dogs later, we have moved to Grove City where there are many vets very close to us but I chose to drive 40 minutes to go to Circleville to take my new puppy to North Court Animal Clinic, and I'm glad I did. I haven't had a dog for 9 or 10 months and before I always had giant dogs, now I have a chihuahua, and the vet told me a lot of things I needed to know that are different when it comes to raising a tiny dog than raising a very large dog.They are worth the drive!!! Though I guess this is the only vet we've taken our pets so I can't compare, there's a reason this is the only place we've taken them. This place is great. They'll try as best as possible to get you in ASAP, and even have convenient walk in hours a couple evenings a week. And Dr. Dresbach is a great guy and passionate about what he does. If there's an emergency, he'll come back from being out at dinner 20 miles away and save your pet. [true story] Read Less
