A good place to board your dog. We have boarded our dog here 3 times now and this last time was the longest, a full week.. We have been very pleased with their service every time. Price for boarding is very reasonable and it is worthwhile to pay extra for bathing and grooming your pet. Every time we have picked him up he is in beautiful condition and naturally happy to see us but not in a desperately happy way. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is they don't let you see the kennels due to "liability reasons". They really seem to care about your animal and will not take animals unless they are up do date on their shots and health which is also a service you can include with your boarding. Read Less

The first time, it was last minute and my dog was not up to date on his shots. They not only took him, but had their vet come give him his shots for me! I am not sure what the other reviewer is talking about in reference to feeding them. If nothing else, my 2 dogs are always heftier when I pick them up. They give them a lot of exercise, so maybe if your dog is used to laying around it might look skinnier, but definitely not because of lack of food. And every dog looks like they want to go home when you pick them up! However, every time I take my dogs to Suburban they nearly knock me down to get in the door. Both times one of my dogs has needed surgery they have transported them to the vets for me and cared for them after during their stay. They always do as I ask when I add things on to the service, like nail cutting. They were even going to bring my dogs to me one time when I couldn't get my car to start to come pick them up! I have boarded my dog here many times, occasionally at the last minute. He races out of the car when we get there and I couldn't be happier with how loved he is by Dawn and the rest of the staff. Over the Easter break, she hid eggs for the dogs in each of their runs and brought them treats and snacks. Once when TJ was boarding, there was a huge thunderstorm. Dawn played classical music for the dogs and went to each of their 'apartments' to make sure they were comfortable and not worried about the storm. It is that level of love and attention to each dog that is instantly apparent. And, its reasonable. TJ is a small dog and the cost is less than other facilities I've tried.
