I brought my cat in because she suddenly had brown spots in her eye. The vet said he had no idea what I was from but he took pictures and said he was going to send the pictures to an ophthalmologist and get back to me in “a couple” of days. It’s been 2 weeks and my husband has checked in twice because we haven’t received a call and the guy says “I’ve done my job for you”... ??? I’m confused because he actually didn’t do anything, he didn’t get back to us and he didn’t give us any feedback on what to do or what it could be, etc. The thing that gets me the most is that he said a couple days and then when you call to check in 2 weeks later he acts like your bothering him and says “I’ve done my job for you”. This is not someone I want to keep seeing especially after saying something like that. We will be going elsewhere from now on. Read Less

Response from Aaron Animal Clinic from a review from Brenda Lucas. Brenda Lucas' mother came to our clinic with her sick cat that had not been seen for several years. After the examination she agreed to do only blood work and denied X-rays and Ultrasound. Based on the results she agreed for the treatment and signed the authorization. Her mother was told the prognosis was not good and further management was discussed. Her mother did not return for the scheduled follow-up appointment for her pet. What happened in between was unknown to us. However, about two months later Brenda Lucas called to inform us her mother' cat had been euthanized. *Brenda Lucas' statement is incorrect as she has made false accusations regarding what occurred at the appointment that she was not present at! The doctor discussed what was necessary to treat her mothers' pet, a pre-invoice of the test and pricing was presented to her which she authorized and acknowledged by signing the document. One additional test was added after the initial results were known to rule out another possible and two medications the would help her feel better for the present. Again, a pre-invoice was presented and the mother signed the document, these documents were signed by the mother. All items charged were completed as stated and copies are on file. Read Less

Dr. Rahman took care of my cat when another vetenarian couldnt diagnose the problem . He knew right away it was a bowel disease. My cat was treated properly and is healthy and happy! Dr. Rahman, Dawn, and Dana were very professional and explained everything to me clearly and nicely. They knew I was worried and went out of their way to care for my cat. Awesome vet! We brought our new puppy Elsa in today 10/31 to get her first round of shots, Dawn was very nice and made our pup very comfortable for her first vet visit!
