Wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. My first visit a cat had come in seizing and they assured the owner the cat would be ok as they were walking to the back I heard them whisper to one another and laugh saying how the cat was going to die. That should have stopped me from continuing the appointment, however it didn’t. It was my first puppy and he was getting his first puppy shots. As we were in the room and they were examining him the way the technicians held him was just horrible. They were holding him as though he was a 100 pound dog trying to bite them, mind you he was maybe 5 pounds. So that just gave my pup the wrong impression and horrible expirence that wasn’t needed. When I went in to ask for my records I was told I needed to come back because they are hand written and blah blah. So I did. I called the next day to see if they were ready, they were not. Told me they were busy and they’d get to it eventually. It was a battle just getting his records. When I finally got my records they had my name completely wrong on all of the records as well as the dates for my pups shots. They had it dated for before I even owned him. Needless to say my pup had to start over on his shots to be current all because they were too lazy and unprofessional to keep correct records. On top of this everytime I spoke with any of them they had attitudes. I will never ever go back and I hope no other dog parent would trust this place with their fur babies.

I had a terrible experience at this place and would give it a zero if i could. All the bad reviews of this company lead to one thing- a very dirty place that is unsanitary and has the worst possible staff. Absolutely no professionalism!

I made an appointment for my dog yesterday. I was running 5 minutes late. I called on my way there and asked that my slot not be bumped because I had other appts and my time was linited. When I went in a lady was in there mind you I was 5 mins. late and they took the other person ahead of me when I requested that not happen. Also as the waiting room started to fill up and the doctor was going from one client to another which I feel delayed everyone instead of the doctor sticking to one patient at a time. Also the vet techs had a causal attitude in my opinion they didn't act professional. When a client was inquiring about their pet the tech told her you just have to wait we are really busy today. I also noticed the techs were getting personal phone calls while working. I don't think I will be taking my puppy back there for care.

We went in with Stella...( Our siamese cat) She was urinating outside of the litter box, We suspected a UTI. The DOC confirmed.. Gave her 3 shots (Not sure what they were) and 3 sets of pills to take ...
We went in with Stella...( Our siamese cat) She was urinating outside of the litter box, We suspected a UTI. The DOC confirmed.. Gave her 3 shots (Not sure what they were) and 3 sets of pills to take home and give her daily for 3 weeks. Well after just one day on the pills he prescribed, She wouldn't get up from one spot and was vomiting and VERY bad diarrhea. So we took her back to Able to see the DOC, He said it probably becasue we couldn't get her to take the bedtime pill... So he gave her ANOTHER shot? He is the DOCTOR so we went along... Then we took her home and symptoms got worse.. Not eating, wouldn't drink water... vomiting stomach bile .. it was late so nothing was open, We took her to Emergency Animal & Specialty center... Doctor Brown checked her out and said he thinks all that medicine was a little excessive for her.. He normally treats a UTI with one shot and pain relief meds (all that are given in his office) No take home meds... He advised us to take her off all the pills. He put fluids in her back... want to make sure NO ONE else's animal has to go through what my poor Stella did! She is only a year old.. She does not need all that medication.. Over medicating. can really hurt these animals.. I don't care if the combo of these medications were OK together it was a lot for her.. ... I WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE GOING HERE...DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME.

I don't like it at the Able animal hospital but I also don't hate it because its somewhat cheaper than other hospitals. I don't like it because I took my 1 and a half year old cat there to be spayed and they didn't believe me about her age they said she had to be 2 almost 3 years old! And I new my cat all her life I knew her mothers owner she is a friend of mine, I held my cat when she was only a week old. So I know her age! Also because of the age problem and also since she had a litter of kittens in the past they made it more expensive. Another thing is they don't seem like a professional place my cat was in so much pain after I brought her home. ): My grandma always cried because she though she was gonna die! but with the help with other veterinarian clinics and google i brought my cat back to good health.

Great staff, they listened to all of my concerns. The doctor wrote down everything he was doing and recommended, with the prices to make sure I was aware. They didn’t over charge at all. Very kind and gentle with my cat, and gave clear instructions on what to do. Will definitely be back.

The Dr and staff really care about pets. They are great with rescues! Euclid Beach has had hands down the best experience here. Stay late, come early for emergencies... the staff is totally dedicated!...

I felt like the tech and nursing staff cared about me and my pets. I think the vet was well educated but due to his comments didn't even read my pets files before coming into the exam room. Was unimpressed and will not be using them as my regular vet or pet needs

Have always been nice to both our dog and cat. When our dogs surgery from another vet was botched dr sandhu was able to help better than anyone else. Will never take my pets anywhere else!

The doctor performs procedures on animals with dirty newspaper under them. That can't be very sanitary. Also, they do unnecessary procedures to pad their pockets. I do not like the way they handled my...
The doctor performs procedures on animals with dirty newspaper under them. That can't be very sanitary. Also, they do unnecessary procedures to pad their pockets. I do not like the way they handled my dog, it appeared rough and barbaric. And I don't believe that tearing off a corner of a paper towel to wipe up a drop of blood and then using the same little wad to wipe a dead bug up off the window is very sanitary either! Talk about cheapskate!

I have been fostering cats for years and he has always been there for us in case of an emergency. It doesn't matter if it is one sick kitten or 10+ from a hoarding situation. My own personal animals go there as well. I love the staff and the fact that it doesn't smell like some clinics I have been to in the past. I give them cudos as I just found out they are not charging an exam fee for animals people adopt from rescues. That just floored me! Excellent vet and staff!!!

Wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. My first visit a cat had come in seizing and they assured the owner the cat would be ok as they were walking to the back I heard them whisper to one another and laugh saying how the cat was going to die. I have been fostering cats for years and he has always been there for us in case of an emergency. It doesn't matter if it is one sick kitten or 10+ from a hoarding situation. My own personal animals go there as well. I love the staff and the fact that it doesn't smell like some clinics I have been to in the past.
