Dr.Rickards is amazing! No matter how busy he is, he always makes time to help his clients. He has been taking amazing care of my dog "Professor" for about 11 years now. Thank you Dr, Rickards.

The doctor falls asleep constantly, very hard to understand and is completely obnoxious with his rude comments! I had one foot out the door until I met Dr. Asim. He is very knowledgeable and makes sure you understand what is going on with your pet and will take the time to answer any questions you have. If it wasn't for Dr. Asim and the staff this place would of received a 1 star rating!

Dr. Rickards is the best. He might be getting up there in age but he has had a lifetime of experience. The girls that work there are the nicest. You can tell the really care about our animals.

Amazing I've been going there with my 9 year old American Bulldog since she was 4 months old and will take they have helped her ha e a healthy life even through cancer and being an active dog(nicks and scrapes). Best place in Northeast Ohio!
