Dear Dan, I'm so sorry you had such a horrible experience and took at least 4 years to write this review. I had to close the clinic due to cancer and almost dying. Perhaps this will make you happy. Its a bad thing when one harbors such hate and resentment for so long. I will pray that this helps you to get through whatever it is thats making you write a review thats 4 years in the making. My cat got sick, and since our regular vet was out of town, we took him to this hospital. They said that he had a bad tooth which had to be removed. Since he was suffering, we agreed and were charge...
My cat got sick, and since our regular vet was out of town, we took him to this hospital. They said that he had a bad tooth which had to be removed. Since he was suffering, we agreed and were charged $1000 for the procedure and for him to stay there and recover for a few days. Then my cat came home and didn't get any better, so we went to our regular vet (who was back by that time), who told us that my cat had an advance mouth cancer and there was nothing that could be done for him. Our vet showed us everything that was going on with our kitty, it was obvious that it was the correct diagnosis. So, after going through a horrible time when my cat was suffering and $1000 later, we had to say good-bye. I hate this place, they will rip you off when you need help the most. They are dishonest and horrible, find some other vets to go to.

After my Bulldog suddenly died while i was out of town, my mother took him to Dr Hart and told her I would be by the next day to view his body and make arrangements for his cremation. When I arrived I was taking into a back room full of urine and barking dogs in small cages. They took my beloved Sebastian out of a freezer in a garbage bag, tosses his contorted remains on the floor and said " He's in this bag" I ripped it open and saw my dog. It was the most horrible thing that I have ever seen and subsequently was put in tranquilizers. Dr Hart should be barred from caring for, or personally owning animals. She and her staff are greedy insensitive monsters. ALWAYS go to the emergency pet clinic around the corner on Richmond!!!!! never use her!!!

My cat got sick, and since our regular vet was out of town, we took him to this hospital. They said that he had a bad tooth which had to be removed. Since he was suffering, we agreed and were charged $1000 for the procedure and for him to stay there and recover for a few days. Then my cat came home and didn't get any better, so we went to our regular vet (who was back by that time), who told us that my cat had an advance mouth cancer and there was nothing that could be done for him. Our vet showed us everything that was going on with our kitty, it was obvious that it was the correct diagnosis.
