If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. They did a horrible job. They cut my dogs rectum while grooming him. When I came to pick him up he was bleeding non-stop from his anus. They told me he might have a parasite and charged me 30.00 extra dollars bc they said the dr looked at him and gave him anti-biotics. My dog was Not I repeat WAS NOT bleeding previously to me taking him to get groomed. He bled for days. Then they told me he did not have a parasite. I took him to get looked at by another vet and they said he had been cut. How dare them. I should take out a law suit on this so called groomers/ vet. I am disgusted

My friend had recommended this place so we brought our 9 week old kitten here after he had developed an eye infection. The vet and her assistant were some of the nicest people I have ever met. They also offered to do his first set of shots as well. This is definitely a place that cares more about their animals than the price because the price we paid for everything was very good! We paid only $112 for his infection eye cream, his first shots, the examination, two doses of deworming, and a free flea prevention! They also clipped his nails for us as well for free. I have recommended this place to my family members who are paying way too much for vet visits elsewhere!

The nurses and Vet were super nice and patient with me , First time I've been to the vet for a sick cat and i was completely overwhelmed but they quickly easied my worries. Talked and comforted my pet who was extremely nervous. They joked with me to help my nervousness as well. Would definitely recommend. They explained the medicine very well and even gave me some tips on how to administer it to my pet the easiest way.
I payed about $100 for the visit ,the medicine and treats to help build a stronger immune system that i can also give to my other cats. Anywhere else and it would have been $80-90 JUST to get her seen. And they offer estimates. Will definitely be going back.

My wife and I had a cat named C'at. They helped keep C'at alive for 16 years.
Had a special breed boxer Maxx, hundred and fifty pounds no fat. They kept him healthy for 14 years.

Had a special breed boxer Maxx, hundred and fifty pounds no fat. They kept him healthy for 14 years.
Now I have a Shepherd Rottweiler mix, brought him home at 6 weeks old, at the age of one he was going downhill, I actually had to carry him in my arms to Emerald City, they saved his life and now he's on a daily pill to keep them alive.
Thanks to Emerald City he has been in our family for 8 years now, happy and playful as ever. My family and I owes his life to Emerald Animal Hospital/ Clinic.

Dr. Smith called me on a Sunday afternoon, regarding my dog's Tuesday grooming appointment. Dr. Smith needed to make a house call that morning, and wanted to ensure that my dog did not need any veterinary attention. I told her my dog did not, and thanked her for the call. This is just the most recent example of the outstanding service that Emerald Animal Hospital provides. Both the veterinarians and staff are wonderful, professionable, and personable. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else!

I took my cat here after just moving to the area and I definitely feel I made the right choice! They were helpful from the very first phone call. They were also very reasonably priced and made sure Gordo was more than taken care of before we left. The girls even sent us a welcome card and called the next week to make sure his treatment was effective. I highly recommend them!

I love this animal hospital. My dog ate something she wasn't supposed to and when I called in a panic, they found a spot for me to come in! They took care of her and are always so nice and understanding. I had to bring her in again for something pertaining to what she ate and they examined her free of charge. They even gave her a toy! :) I love this place, the stuff is kind and helpful and it was nicely decorated for Christmas time. Love this hospital! Me and my dog are comfortable there!

I cannot recommend this vet more highly! They have always been good to me and my cat, and they always work us in if she is ill. They are kind and good to her, and have a number of good "tricks" to get her to let them work on her. And they are open on Saturday to accommodate my work schedule.

Took my dog in last week because she had diarrhea. It was late in the day but I got an apt the next day. Dr. Lindsey examined her, sent out a stool sample, gave me meds which included pills and powder to mix with her food for 2 weeks plus 2 cans of dog food. The price was extremely reasonable. I got a call from them the next day to let me know the stool test was negative, (good news) and they called me a few days later to check on my dogs progress. She's doing much better. Thanks!

My friend had recommended this place so we brought our 9 week old kitten here after he had developed an eye infection. The vet and her assistant were some of the nicest people I have ever met. They also offered to do his first set of shots as well. This is definitely a place that cares more about their animals than the price because the price we paid for everything was very good! The nurses and Vet were super nice and patient with me , First time I've been to the vet for a sick cat and i was completely overwhelmed but they quickly easied my worries. Talked and comforted my pet who was extremely nervous. They joked with me to help my nervousness as well. Would definitely recommend. I love this animal hospital. My dog ate something she wasn't supposed to and when I called in a panic, they found a spot for me to come in!
