My dog was dying from cancer, i called Joy Cares to provide hospice care, did not know what to expect, but wanted some guidance. Kris came to our house, spoke with me, helped me come up with a "at time of need" list of things to do. Then she examined my Myea, she was so sweet, understanding and gentle, she made me feel like I was not alone. Myea dyed the very next day at home, then A Gentle Farewell came to pick her up withing the hour. They called me, answered my phone while I was having the worst day of my life and were all so wonderful and understanding. I am SO grateful they were there with me for support. What a wonderful service I never knew existed and never wanted to need, but It was wonderful and Kris was wonderful, thank you from the bottom of my heart! Vickie Zak

I was fortunate enough to have the specialized care team take great care of my high-maintenance fur babies. I came home to happy, healthy kitties and a tidy (at least as tidy as my kitten will keep it) home. I’m very grateful to have found such a great service!

My boyfriend and I used Joycares for the first time last week during our trip to Key West. We have a 1 1/2 year old Maltese who can be a bit needy at times. Our dog absolutely fell in love with Linda ...
My boyfriend and I used Joycares for the first time last week during our trip to Key West. We have a 1 1/2 year old Maltese who can be a bit needy at times. Our dog absolutely fell in love with Linda when she came to do the in-home consultation. I felt immediately at ease and knew that my dog was in good hands. When we returned from our trip, we were left with a detailed schedule with the times of visits and walks while we were gone and a cute note from Linda and Joy. I would definitely recommend Joycares to any dog owners who are going out of town and need a trusted person to watch their furbaby!

I used Joy Cares for approximately 5 years to pet sit my 2 cats when I lived in downtown Cleveland. Their employees are reliable, they leave detailed notes about their visits, and their rates are competitive. Having peace of mind that your animals are well taken care of when you are away is priceless and they do an excellent job. I was sad when I moved to the East side because they don't cover that area and I had to find a new pet sitter.

Joycares takes care of our two dogs and it's wonderful. The dogs are so excited to go home with the care givers and play. And then they're happy to come home. It's good to know my pooches are in such good hands. They've also taken care of my hahn's macaw Bentley and did a great job. They feel like family!

My dog was dying from cancer, i called Joy Cares to provide hospice care, did not know what to expect, but wanted some guidance. Kris came to our house, spoke with me, helped me come up with a "at time of need" list of things to do. I used Joy Cares for approximately 5 years to pet sit my 2 cats when I lived in downtown Cleveland. Their employees are reliable, they leave detailed notes about their visits, and their rates are competitive.
