I have heard mixed reviews about Roberts and Wendt animal hospital the last couple of years. I took my two dogs today, one of which is terrified of new places and especially the vet's office. They treated her with so much gentle patience and kindness. It is absolutely without exception the best that visit we've ever had. If you want to take your animal someplace with people that understand and truly love animals, this is where you need to go.

We’ve been taking our pets to Roberts & Wendt’s for over 40 years and have been highly satisfied with the care and treatment the doctors have provided to our cats and dogs. Dr. Vickie Wendt has seen our pets for years and they all respond well to her. We met Dr. Banta today. He treated our dog with the same gentleness and professionalism. We appreciate the care they provide.

And was wanting to take the dog to a vet I knew.But they would not accept her all do to the fact that my sister in law owed money.I feel that is unfair. Because I don't owe the money.

Called on a recommendation from my Mom. Doctors are out of the office and I couldn't get an appointment till Monday, 4 days later. My dog has had a gnarly cough and issues barking so it's pretty serious. Then my Mom tried calling, the woman said they were booked up. Even in an emergency! She seemed very preoccupied, short and rude as can be. I moved back to Ohio recently, and need to find a vet. I can tell you I will not try this place again. Customer service is completely lacking and down right rude.

I drove here from the east side of Cleveland metro at the recommendation of a west side friend for a second opinion on a dental surgery for my dog. I was VERY impressed with the overall experience, scheduled the surgery and will be switching vets and driving the extra miles to come here. We saw Dr. Michalosky and he was great with my dog, gave a very thorough exam, and was extremely personable. We highly recommend him! It is hard to find a good vet, so when you find one like Roberts and Wendt, go the extra mile!

They're always great with our pets and the price was great for us. It's hard to find a good pocket pet vet that isn't outrageously priced. Staff is polite and we got our pet in the same day.

Do Not take your pet here. They (She-Wendy) removed an abscess from my iguana without numbing the area. I was naive and didn't know that skin around it wasn't dead. I had just rescued him. He had his mouth open as if he was screaming while beibg held down. The only time he ever wacked his tail at me was in the car after that horrific procedure. Do Not take your pets here. They are not empathetic Nor compassionate.

I have heard mixed reviews about Roberts and Wendt animal hospital the last couple of years. I took my two dogs today, one of which is terrified of new places and especially the vet's office. They treated her with so much gentle patience and kindness. It is absolutely without exception the best that visit we've ever had. If you want to take your animal someplace with people that understand and truly love animals, this is where you need to go.

We’ve been taking our pets to Roberts & Wendt’s for over 40 years and have been highly satisfied with the care and treatment the doctors have provided to our cats and dogs. Dr. Vickie Wendt has seen our pets for years and they all respond well to her. We met Dr. Banta today. He treated our dog with the same gentleness and professionalism. Called on a recommendation from my Mom. Doctors are out of the office and I couldn't get an appointment till Monday, 4 days later. My dog has had a gnarly cough and issues barking so it's pretty serious. Then my Mom tried calling, the woman said they were booked up. Even in an emergency! She seemed very preoccupied, short and rude as can be. I moved back to Ohio recently, and need to find a vet. I can tell you I will not try this place again. Customer service is completely lacking and down right rude.

I drove here from the east side of Cleveland metro at the recommendation of a west side friend for a second opinion on a dental surgery for my dog. I was VERY impressed with the overall experience, scheduled the surgery and will be switching vets and driving the extra miles to come here. We saw Dr. Michalosky and he was great with my dog, gave a very thorough exam, and was extremely personable. We highly recommend him! It is hard to find a good vet, so when you find one like Roberts and Wendt, go the extra mile!

They're always great with our pets and the price was great for us. It's hard to find a good pocket pet vet that isn't outrageously priced. Staff is polite and we got our pet in the same day.

Do Not take your pet here. They (She-Wendy) removed an abscess from my iguana without numbing the area. I was naive and didn't know that skin around it wasn't dead. I had just rescued him. He had his mouth open as if he was screaming while beibg held down. The only time he ever wacked his tail at me was in the car after that horrific procedure. Do Not take your pets here. They are not empathetic Nor compassionate.
