I brought my dog here for the first time back in October because our vet retired and I needed to find someone new. Everything went fine and when I went to pay I was very surprised about how cheap it was, but I was happy. I paid and went about my day. A couple hours later I get a call that they forgot to charge me for something and that I needed to come back and pay it. I don’t mind paying for something I received, but to me it was very bad customer service that they messed up and I had to go out of my way to correct it. I let it go though as just a mistake and moved on. Now forward to a couple weeks ago my dogs eye was swollen and not getting better even after a trip to the emergency vet. I brought my dog here and got a surgery scheduled to remove a couple teeth that were abscessed. The surgery went well and I called to ask how much everything will cost. I was told $312. I asked several time if that included everything and I was told multiple times that yes that was my final total. I was so impressed that they did all that work and only cost me a few hundred dollars I was telling everyone to check out this vet becuase they’re so reasonably priced. A few hours later I went to pick my dog up and when they went to check me out they tell me I owe $700!!! I questioned it and was told that they didn’t include the two tooth extractions (which was the whole reason for the surgery) even though I asked several times if the total included everything. I was very upset because now my total was double what I was told earlier and all the person at the desk said was, sorry it’s $700. I’ve never had such an issue with any vet before or any business in general to be honest. They don’t know how to charge people properly or dont’ pay attention and then the customer suffers because of it and they don’t seem to care as long as they get their money. On top of all of this I asked several times over the three days I brought my dog there for a new supply of heartworm pills and never received them so I gave up. Then they asked if I wanted to get my dog a rabies shot. I said yes so they kept telling me they would do it when they did the surgery and then all of a sudden the day of surgery they can’t do it any more and I’d have to come back in a few weeks which I’m sure I would be charged ANOTHER office visit for that. It’s doesn’t matter though because I will not be bringing any of my pets back here ever again and I let all the people that I originally recommended this vet to about what happened and not to come here. The vets are fairly nice and I’m glad they helped my dog, but I’ve had such a bad experience here and will not return.

I have been going here for 15 years. They've been there with my 4 cats, 2 of which had passed.. ☹. We are not treated as just another customer, we are always made to feel like part of their family. I absolutely love this place and the staff. Dr Kilbane & Dr Bloze are very caring, thorough and patient and always has me laughing. When we go, usually Laurel and Julie are the ones there and I love them to death! So sweet, so caring and very patient with me when I begin to panic. We just recently moved and went from 5 minutes away to almost 20. Tons of vets closer to me but I refuse to leave them. I can't say anything about cost because I don't have anything to compare it to, from what i have heard from others it sounds comparable, but I don't care because it's worth it to have a place like this that I trust implicitly with my fur babies. I recommend St Francis if you are looking for a vet, they are wonderful.

Been bringing my cats here since they were born. We used to live just down the street from them, but now I drive 15 minutes just to get here, even though there are several other vets in my neighborhood. All of the doctors are so good with their patients, and the staff they hire are all very good. Can't recommend them highly enough.

We would never change vets. We've been with them for a good 20 years and plan on continuing to be as long as we have a pet to take to them.

Dr. Jason is the one to see here. When my dog was in the twilight of her life, and having some issues, he had solutions and options for me, so my only choice was not to euthanize her. The care he provided her will not be forgotten, and when she passed peacefully at home a few months later, the support offered by he, and the staff, was remarkable. The pricing here is not the cheapest, but they have a flexible schedule that lets me make appointments for my pets without having to miss work. They are conveniently located, and the office is always very clean.

The prices have practically doubled since we started going there, but so has everything else, so I don't blame them any, it's just inflation. Spacious clean waiting area, friendly staff, and I'm pleased with all 3 vets (Dr.s Kilbane, Bloze, or Jason). They can handle routine care, and do surgery. For more specialized surgery they may refer you to another practice, though.

I absolutely love this place and the staff. Dr Kilbane & Dr Bloze are very caring, thorough and patient and always has me laughing.
