It took me a while to write this because I was indifferent about my entire situation. I am going to sum it up the best way I can. The staff has never mistreated my dog, I never felt that she was in danger or anything however I did have a awful experience. I brought my puppy there to get fixed, I was very nervous to put her under and for the entire procedure in general. So when I received a call after her surgery it was from one of the tech's. They told me that she was fine however they showed concern when it came to her digestive system. She told me that my dog was very underdevelobed and "abnormal" Of course, I started to get upset because I was very confused, I asked if this was something that I should be severely concerned with and she said "well no, not right now" I immediately started to freak out, called the doctor back and she apologized and said she had no idea why the tech said that, there is nothing wrong with my dog? Then told me that she is a little underdeveloped in that area but it was nothing to worry about. She also said that when she got in their everything was smaller than she anticipated so she may not have been able to tie all the ovaries, but that will not be a problem. So what do ya know, 6 months later my dog is bleeding everywhere, i bring her in, and they tell me another surgery is necessary. Not only did I have to pay for everything, but when I asked why it wasnt done correctly the first time, I got a extreme attitude. I was just confused because if you opened her up and realized that you couldnt do the surgery accurately, why would you continue to do it? Well, probably because they hoped I would give them more of my money, which is exactly what I did. ALSO, I had another incident just a few months ago where I thought my dog had eaten some pills. I called them freaking out, because you know, they are her doctors. I was simply asking if I should giver her peroxide to induce vomitting. They said they cannot relay any information, said if i wanted to call the toxic hotline for $65 I could, or if i wanted to bring her into them, they would charge me not only a check up fee but also a $125 charge to call the toxic hotline themselves. My sister is currently going through a similar situation with her cat, I will never bring my dog back to them, which I dont think matters because they rip so many other people off.Read Less
