My dog had puppies on saturday and the smallest one (the runt) kept on getting pushed to the side of the cage and so whenever id see she was on the side id help her over to her mom and help her latch and she would get a little milk then the other two puppies would get in the way she seemed to be doimg a little better yesterday but this morning I found her buried in the bedding and when I found her she was still breathing and moving but not much and she was cold. I gave her to my sister to warm her up and I went to the store to get the puppy milk syringe and a puppy bottle. When I got back we tried giving her the syringe with the milk but she didn't take it and she was bearly breathing and then stopped so I started doing chest compressions and that was working a bit. My sister went with me to the vet and she was doing the chest compressions for me since I was driving and we got to the vet and only the receptionist was there. we asked her where the vet was and she said the vet tech should be there any minute now but I asked for her to call her as I'm sitting there giving the puppy cpr and she's like yeah I'll do that and then proceeds to joke around with one of the customers for about 10 minutes and finally takes her cat back to the cage until the surgeon gets there. And then again starts joking around with her. Then the girl leaves and she comes up and is looking at the puppy saying how cute she was and saying she doesn't look too good then another guy comes in with a cat to be neutered and then she proceeds once again to joke around with him for maybe 15 minutes then she tries to call the vet tech and hangs up and says oh wait her kids get picked up a quarter after 8 then didn't even try to see where she was. Maybe another 10 minutes pass and she finally comes in and she takes the puppy flips it over and literally felt the puppy for not even two seconds and says there's nothing I can do for you. She didn't even use the stethoscope or anything. She did literally nothing. The puppy was breathing when we got there. She could still be alive if we went to a different vet. Read Less

This establishment is very unsanitary and does not have the funds to proerly care for the animals. They have a hard time paying payroll, the have no developer to develop their own exrays, they even script out meds to other vets because they owe the pharmaceutical company to much money. They fixed our 2 1/2 yr old female dog that was perfectly healthy. Within a 2 week time frame had to take her back to be seen 4 times for her breathing. Them telling us it was her throat and gave her steroids. An autopsy from another establishment showed she had developed bad lungs. From surgery to two weeks later? Why? They refuse answers. I had found three, very new kittens in a box along the side of a road. I am a college student, unable to give the kittens the level of care they require so, I chose to go the Paw Patch in Clyde for some guidance. I thought this facility would, at the very least, provide me information about housing or adaption tips to insure the kittens where provided with the things they needed. Immediately after approaching the front desk I explained this situation to the women working, after receiving a dirty look she says to me €I have no room for any more cats, look around. There€s absolutely no room.€ after asking her for her opinion on were else I could take them the veterinarian up to take a look at the kittens, she had noted they€re too young to be eating on their own. She had made a few snide remarks while talking with me like €you didn€t see any other offices open on the way here€. She then proceeded to ask for a donation, which I do fully understand. Taking care of these animals isn€t cheap. After telling her I€m in school and don€t have money to spare she rolls her eyes and says €some money would be nice, I have a lot of cats€. I again stated that I couldn€t afford it. (Which is why I brought them there in the first place). As she turns around to walk out of the room she says, again €a donation would sure be nice€. A few minutes later another worker returns and while saying "I guess we'll keep them", takes the kittens. I was going to this office, trying to do what was best for these helpless kittens and was then treated so rudely. I am very well aware of the increasing population of stray cats, but how could I simply leave three tiny kittens on the side of the road to fend for themselves. I should have, in no way, been guilted into a donation. This contradicts the very meaning of the word. I was trying to do what was best for these kittens, and in return received horrible treatment.Read Less

I again stated that I couldnt afford it. (Which is why I brought them there in the first place). As she turns around to walk out of the room she says, again a donation would sure be nice.

I call them all the time to ask random questions and they always give me straight forward answers. I don't think I will ever trust my fur babies in the hands of any other vet but them(: Read Less
