Dr. Donn and his staff are amazing!!! I LOVE that your critter 'kid' is not taken away from you for exams like they are at many veterinary hospitals! (That always made me very anxious.) Dr. Donn very obviously cares about his patients and their well-being, and I love that he practices both holistic and traditional medicine. He very possibly saved my little diamond dove, Twig's life. The entire staff are an incredible group of caring and knowledgeable individuals. Dr. Donn has an obvious passion for his work and continues to educate himself constantly on the latest research and innovations in traditional and natural veterinary care. I learn something new every time I'm in the office and I always feel as if we are making decisions together for the care of my fur babies and not just following a standard protocol. Absolutely the best staff and vet in Ohio. Dr. Donn has helped my dogs through some very difficult (and often unusual) medical issues over the years. His knowledge, holistic approach, willingness to go 'outside the box' and amazing medical insight is why I tell everyone I know about him! Read Less

Being new to town we were tasked with finding a new Vet for our dog (she is our baby.) We couldn't be happier with Dr. Donn and the staff at Animal Medical & Emergency Hospital. They offer convenient appointment times on Saturday & worked directly with our prior Vet clinic to transfer our dog's records. It was a wonderful experience and we're excited to have found somewhere that cares for our dog as if she were their own. It was obvious that they're in business for all the right reasons. 5 stars! Dr. Donn & the entire staff go way above and beyond the call for the animals and their owners. OSU Vet Clinic gave my dog 18 days to live unless he got very expensive emergency surgery and chemotherapy. Five and a half months later, with awesome alternative therapy & acupuncture, he is like a giant puppy again! Thanks for all you do and keep up the great work- it is very much appreciated! Read Less

Great for acupuncture (had both dog and a few cats with acupuncture) - definitely believe wholeheartedly in their integrated pet care approach.  Not the cheapest, but definitely the greatest for troubleshooting something no one else can figure out. Read Less

Been taking our cats here for almost 15 years.  First found them when they were doing clinics pet stores, and gave cheap vaccinations, etc.  Dr. Donn and all the staff are very caring and helpful.  They really love animals, and take time to explain things to customers. Read Less
