Awhile ago my cat was losing her hair, she was so miserable. I had no idea what was going on and what to do. I took her to my neighborhood vet and they fixed her. For awhile. Then her symptoms ended up coming back. Then I heard about City Paws. I called immediately, they came to my home, examined her. And told me what the problem was on the spot. These guys are amazing! I'll never go to a regular vet again. This was obviously ideal for my new dog (I was told he has been aggressive at vets in the past), but it was also great for me! Doctor Molly gave incredible attention and care to my geriatric German Shepherd when he had fallen and became injured. He was already in severely deteriorating health that day, and it was the first time I met Doctor Molly. I was very impressed with Doctor Molly's assessment and knowledge. She was incredibly thorough and well versed regarding the many problems my baby boy had been facing and receiving treatment for at the time and over the years. Sadly I knew that may the last day I was going to have with my beautiful baby boy D'Artagnan. Doctor Molly's assessment, communication, knowledge, demeanor, and patience made one of the saddest days of my life less difficult. She and her staff Danielle are wonderful. I cannot recommend them enough!!!! We have a rescue dog that gets nervous easily and doesn't do well with grooming or vets typically. Dr. Molly was so patient with him and the experience was way better than having to sit in the vet waiting room and hearing/smelling other dogs. The price is very similar to what we paid at a clinic nearby in Gahanna. I highly highly recommend them and we are so happy to have tried them out! Read Less

Dr. Molly is so wonderful. She has the patience of a saint with my old girl who is my heart dog but absolutely refuses to be handled in any way, shape or form. City Paws has been a lifesaver when it comes to my indoor cat.  Getting her to our vet before was a PAIN.  She has major anxiety, and absolutely hates when I put her in the cat carrier (and half the time, I would have to cancel appointments because she would escape and hide when I was fighting to get her in the carrier in the first place).With City Paws, my cat is happy and relaxed because she is in her own territory (our home).  Dr. McLeod is extremely professional, yet also very down to earth and friendly.  My cat loves her.  Of course, she wasn't too pleased when Dr. McLeod had to take some blood samples, but as soon as she was done drawing the blood, my cat was back to her happy self, purring and interacting with everyone in the room.As far as cost, I would say City Paws is about the same as my former vet, yet the convenience is priceless because I no longer have the hassle of taking my cat out of our home.  My cat does have to have major surgery done soon (dental work), but Dr. McLeod works out of a local hospital here in Columbus where she can perform the surgery.I highly recommend City Paws.  We will most likely start using them for our dog as well. Since I've recommended City Paws to several people, I ought to write a review here, too.Dr. Molly and her partner operate their vet practice based on one simple but remarkable principle: They come to you.They offer pretty much every veterinary service you could ask for (blood work and similar tests are obviously done off site, but they can collect samples on the visit and then call with the results). They serve the entire Columbus area, and can work with your schedule to arrange for visits. When our cat Radar was suffering from leukemia, Dr. Molly made a couple of home visits to help us keep him as comfortable and happy as possible, and when we had to make the difficult decision to put him down, rather than terrify him by taking him to a strange place full of other animals he didn't know, she was able to help end his pain in our own home, where he was comfortable and surrounded by people who cared about him. I cannot express how valuable that was, and Dr Molly was respectful and supportive through the entire process.If you have a pet that doesn't handle travel well, isn't comfortable at the vet, or may have difficulties leaving the home, City Paws is an incredible resource, and they have always provided thoughtful, compassionate care when we've asked them to help us care for our furry family.
