I am both a hypochondriac and an obsessive cat-mom, so suffice to say, I was nervous when my little bud came down with a raging fever. The lovely people at Grandview Animal Clinic eased all my worries. They are so sweet, so friendly, so reassuring and for all that, they are still very fairly priced. I was highly impressed. Dr. Mike will remain our go-to vet for as long as we are in Columbus. I could sing praise of these people. Haven't had any problems at all. Our first experience was a sad one, as a beloved cat was dying, but since then, they've taken great care of our cats. It's always easy to schedule a time to get in, the staff are friendly, and Dr. Reidelbach has been great. They helped us to take a poor barn kitten we adopted whose eyes were so infected that they were almost completely stuck shut to a happy, healthy, playful little addition. That little kitten has needed to have some teeth fixed recently, and Dr. Mike's been great about it. As our other cats age, he's been great to work with and he's helped us keep them healthy and happy, despite the illnesses that they've picked up. When one of our cats got cancer, Dr. Mike was great to help with support and to coordinate care with MedVet for his chemo, and he's kept coordination up with their oncologist for the several years after the diagnosis and treatment. I have been going to Grandview Animal Clinic for almost 5 years now. First of all, I want to start off by saying that you will not find an experience like going to Dr. Reidelbach at Grandview Animal Clinic anywhere else. I have taken my dogs, my dads dogs, my friends dogs and referred so many others to him. I would not trust anyone else with procedures and the care of my pet. The staff is always friendly, the clinic is always clean and everyone is there to help get your pet the best care possible. I have gone in for routine check ups, vaccinations, dental cleanings, unexpected issues or illnesses and procedures. Dr. Reidelbach has been the most informative and detail oriented vet I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I truly believe he cares as much about my pets health as I do. I always feel as though things are explained to me and that I can ask the 100's of questions I have without any pressure or judgement. My boyfriend takes his dog to Grandview Animal Clinic and I recently went with him to their visit. I must say that I have never been more impressed with a veterinary clinic. Everything was impeccably clean, and the staff was so incredibly kind. Liz at the front desk couldn't have been more helpful as we were battling a case of fleas. She gave us a ton of information on getting rid of the fleas and we are so grateful. Dr. Mike was also super kind and informative. I wouldn't recommend another vet clinic to anyone! Read Less

I can't say enough good things about GAC and Dr. Mike.... I have an older standard poodle who is having issues with his breath. He also has seizures so I have been very reluctant on having a cleaning because of being scared to have him put under anesthesia. Dr. Mike ran a few tests and came up with the best solution and different kind of anesthesia that would work for my dog... He has had his teeth cleaned and is completely fine! Dr. Mike eased my mind and kept me updated throughout the day on Fletcher's progress and well being.... This is the best vet I have ever been to. One, I've always been able to get appointments almost immediately. Two, he is incredibly thorough, detailed and well spoken. He is able to explain complicated topics in a way that is understandable and I always walk away feeling not only that my pet is in good hands, but that I have learned something as well. This past year my husband and I adopted a puppy and two kittens so we needed to find a vet. After doing some searching, we found the Grandview Animal Clinic. We were pleased with the experience from the very first visit. Dr. Mike and his technician, Mo, are incredibly warm and friendly. They make you and your pets feel comfortable and at ease from the moment you walk in the door. Our dog, Laika, likes visiting Dr. Mike and Mo so much that he gets excited every time we pull up in front of their office. I've never had a pet that enjoyed going to see the vet until now.What I appreciate most about Dr. Mike is how thorough he is during our appointments. He always takes a lot of time evaluating our pets and then explains his findings in great detail. He spends as much time as necessary to ensure that we have all the information that we need to care for our pets. Being first time dog owners, my husband and I have needed a lot of guidance to learn how to raise a puppy. Dr. Mike has been an invaluable source of information. And his commitment to his clients isn't just limited to office visits; he is always available to take a phone call anytime I have questions about the health of my pets.
