We have boarded our dogs in the past with VCA and had a great experience, however this past experience was absolutely awful. We sent in check in paperwork on 5/16 for our dogs to stay with them. I did not receive any sort of communication from them until I called the Sawmill office on 5/24. I spoke with someone who confirmed the paperwork was received and that we would be able to bring our dogs in. On the day of check in we were told the facility was full and that they could not fit our dogs in. The communication was absolutely horrendous on their part and needs to be resolved in the future. We have recommended VCA to others, but now we will not be boarding with this location especially since the communication was very poor.

Came in today for our new husky puppies first checkup, and despite him being nervous about the new experience, he did very well thanks to the friendliess of the staff. Our vet (Dr. Bryan) was very helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. I would definitely recommend, as we were able to get all of his vaccinations and medications at a very affordable cost.

I absolutely love this veterinary practice. I called with an emergency and they were extremely helpful over the phone. They made sure they were ready for me and my Morgan and that I was emotionally stable enough to drive.
When I arrived, they immediately took us back for Morgan to be treated. They had me wait in the waiting room and one of the vet receptionists came over to talk to me. She was so sweet in calming me down and directed me to the restroom so I could clean myself up. There was also a customer there that was very sweet and sat with me while I waited. (I think it says a lot about a practice if they have nice clients.)
They were so careful and loving towards my Morgan. When the vet tech brought her out to me, she gave Morgan a kiss and told me that she was a trouper. The tech also apologized for the shave (they had to shave around her wounds, which were on her neck and head) which, I thought was very nice.
I was taken back to a room and spoke to her veterinarian. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and more than happy to answer all of my questions.
The front staff were very patient with me while I waited for my husband to bring his credit card to pay. One of the women even took off the $49 exam fee because Morgan had never been there before. It was very reasonably priced; an exam, X-ray, and medication for less than $200.
I will absolutely be bringing all of my dogs here for the rest of their lives.
Thank you, VCA for helping my little Morgan and for helping me through it.

I don't usually write reviews but..... took our Sassy girl there today with a broken front leg. It was all around a great experience and we felt very comfortable with the care she will be receiving and leaving her there for the weekend! From the front desk staff, the tech, and Dr Beckett they were all wonderful! He explained everything to us in our terms lol. We are more than thankful to have stumbled upon this place! Thanks to the other google reviews on helping make our decision! Just picked our girl up! Highly recommend this place! Will be coming for all our vet needs!

I have taken my cats here for over 9 years and this is the best vets office I have ever went to! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They provide a wide variety of services and products. They are always professional and show a level of car for your pet that not all vet offices have. Dr. Waters is the vet I see the most and she is amazing. I have seen others and must say they are all pretty amazing! They also offer boarding services if you need that. Prices are reasonable. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else

My name is Jolynne - I took my cat Blackjack in for a checkup today with Dr. Beckett. This was my first ever visit to VCA - my usual vet isn't open on Saturdays, but I thought my cat was getting a uri so I didn't want to wait until next week. I was impressed with the dr and the entire staff - they were very nice and really seemed to care about my cat. I am relieved he is very healthy, but if he ever needs anything in the future, I will definitely take him back to VCA - they made a return customer out of me today. Thanks!!

They are very friendly and the doctor gave me all my options on how I could treat my cats infection, and which pricing options would work best for me. They kept me well informed about my cats status and treated him very well. I wish I could say the same for my cat, he was a jerk to them. They did all they could before calling me and telling me he needed to be sedated because he was not cooperating. I will forever take my cat here from now on.

We have boarded our dogs in the past with VCA and had a great experience, however this past experience was absolutely awful. We sent in check in paperwork on 5/16 for our dogs to stay with them. Came in today for our new husky puppies first checkup, and despite him being nervous about the new experience, he did very well thanks to the friendliess of the staff. Our vet (Dr. Bryan) was very helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. I would definitely recommend, as we were able to get all of his vaccinations and medications at a very affordable cost.

They are very friendly and the doctor gave me all my options on how I could treat my cats infection, and which pricing options would work best for me.
