Probably the best veterinarian that I have ever had to go to. The staff is amazing and the doctors are oh so good. I'm sure with my little furry family we will be back. Summary: They have been good in the past for routine stuff, but expect a wait even with an appointment. AVOID if your situation is URGENT. 5/23/2018: Called around 11AM and was told that the vets just saw the last pet and were gone for lunch, but they'll be back at 2PM, so I can bring my dog in then. Pretty upset that the vets there need a 3 hour lunch, when someone has a bit of an urgency (which I understand that every pet owner thinks that their situation is urgent). Wouldn't really be upset if they were just too booked to be able to see him until 2PM... but not for the reasoning so they can have a 3 hour lunch. Instead called the Stow-Falls Pet Clinic on Route 59, and they said to bring him in ASAP. Was there within 30 minutes of calling and they had already called and retrieved my dogs medical records from here. Going forward, I will likely avoid coming here, if possible. Read Less

BE AWARE! We had a horrible experience with this vet. First we waited over 50 minutes in the exam room to see the doctor. The doctor finally come in, looks at lump for maybe 3 seconds and says "It doesn't look like a big deal". We had to ASK him to run blood work to try and explain the lump, the loss of appetite AND the weight gain. Then when he drew her blood, he crushed her other back foot to "distract" her while he drew the blood. Now she's limping, not putting any wait on that foot, her two middle toes are bent and extremely swollen. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK!! Read Less

I love coming here. Everyone's really friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. They're really good about prioritizing emergencies and you can tell they're not about making money performing unnecessary treatments. The last time I went in I asked if I could go a little longer on having my dog's teeth cleaned and was told my dog's teeth were in great shape and a cleaning wasn't needed anytime soon. I feel like many other vet offices would have taken advantage and told me to get it done even though it wasn't needed. Read Less

I love Dr. Klein & Dr. White, but the front desk staff is not very friendly. I said "Thank you guys very much" and not a single one of the 3 behind the desk looked up, or even acknowledged me or said youre welcome. Kind of give the cold shoulder and ever since they've hired new people they almost never have me on the schedule when I've made an appointment over the phone so I end up waiting for like 45 minutes to be seen. We have used this vet for 25 years and we've never had a problem. The old staff at the front was much more friendly and had empathy. Sucks. Read Less

Their office is super busy (Probably in part because it's very affordable ) but mostly because the Veterinarians there really know their stuff. My dog had been to 2 other vet's that couldn't tell me what was wrong even after expensive tests. One conversation with Dr. White and she knew what the problem was. Dr Klein is awesome too. This has been our main veterinarian facility for all of our animals for the past 8 years and we are more than pleased. They are extremely kind, compassionate, knowledgable, and are up-to-date on new types of medication, like tick & flea pills versus the liquid application. They communicate with you and tell you everything, but in simple terms. They also take in stray cats as office cats when they can't find homes for them and the cats make the place feel like a home. This is a wonderful veterinary hospital and in all honesty, if I were a cat or dog, I would want to be taken here for my care. Read Less

Amazing place. I had an issue with my dog leg. I went to my original vet prior to coming here. When here just for a second opinion and the doctor they gave me was just amazing. He told me the problem and only charged me an office visit. My current/old vet had me over $200 on the check in and they told me the wrong issue and wrong medication. My dog is having surgery next week by a Vet Hospital and Graham Rd Animal Hospital was right. We are switching over to this vet for all my animals. Very amazing place! Yes the place maybe an older building but honestly I don't need a building that has modern colors and charges another $100 a visit. I need my dogs taken care of. My last vet was very modern and look were it got me... no where with my dog. Read Less

I've been taking my pets here for 5 years. I have used a number of their services including annual exams, vaccines, neutering, teeth cleaning and sadly, euthanisation. They are knowledgeable and professional and their costs are reasonable. Facility is modest and clean. Each doctor I've dealt with has been familiar with recent research and products. This is a AWESOME animal hospital! I have been to at least a half dozen animal hospitals in my 50 years and this one brings everything together. Dr. Kline is an amazing doctor, very affordable and friendly staff and nice wide open waiting area. Waited a total of 5 to 10 minutes to see him. He did a urethra enlargement surgery on our 3 year old cat (U.P surgery) other vets wanted up to $3500.00 for this surgery if you could find one that had the ability to do it. He charged $600.00.
