I've had it with this place myself. It's sit in your car while they make you wait and wait,. You can't go in with your pet anymore and they blame it on covid. I personally don't like not bein able to see what you are doing to my animals. I also don't appreciate the long wait, because this place is like an assembly line for your pets, and after my experience today, after this eve, visit, I will be searching for a new vet for future visits. My animal was under distress, they knew it and told me to bring him up for an assessment, while I just kept sittin their watchin other cars pull in after me, and get seen. Doesn't show much compassion for your pet, knowing this and doing nothing,. I kept bein told I had to wait my turn , all animals are important... PFFFT Read Less

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS CLINIC! After my dogs condition did not improve after our first visit here 2 days prior....i take him back and was told that he was fine and it was normal for the antibiotics he was on to take a few days and he would get worse before he would get better. She then told me if he didnt improve in 3 days to bring him back. 2 days later im rushing him to an emergency animal hospital where he died. Come to find out after i did some research the antibiotic he was on the subscribed him should of took a noticeable effect within 1 to 2 hours total. So why was I lied to? Did they just not have the tims to care about my dogs life ? Or was this Vetranarian breed discriminatory due to the fact he was a pitbull? I'll never have the answer to that im sure but the grief i have for my dog has changed me. Please do not take your pets here. I dont want them doing what they did to me and my dog to anyone else. Airway Animal Factory GO TO ANY OTHER VET. Here's Tomato's story of how he got lost on Colonel Glenn Highway. Extraordinary event or indicative of a DEEP PROBLEM? The "vet tech" wouldn't let me out of the car because of COVID and she was in such a hurry she just opened the door before i could say a word and after he had been 'treated'. Tommy jumped out. She was on the wrong side of the door to stop him. She then chased it with 8 other people across the highway as I looked on in horror and I lost my baby. She should have been fired for her negligence and lack of caution or following COVID procedures. My Tommy had a wound on his head and they didn't even give him antibiotics- they just 'cleaned' even though I asked for antibiotics (the abscess on his head was large). The manager, Donna, is a horrible unethical woman who gave me incomplete records and even changed Tommy's record saying "he was an "outdoor" cat who commonly fought with other cats" to make their 'damages' seem less I suppose. He hasn't slept outside since he was 3 weeks old and a stray cat on a traffic circle in Cairo. I brought him here and he loved America, he loved me. If he were an outdoor cat why would his first vaccinations be at the age of 11, as his other records show? This clinic and its staff are incompetent, negligent and unethical. GO TO ANY OTHER VET!! They have at least 9 vets in a 1200 sq ft building with 20-30 "vet techs" (girls who have no training and no idea what they're doing). They can't be keeping the animals apart during COVID. Tommy came back too the car traumatized from his 'cleaning', which is why I let him out not thinking some stupid girl would carelessly open the door. I spent a week looking for him and it cost me over $3000 and infinitely more. DON'T TAKE A CHANCE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. They also charged almost $100 for vaccines and $100 for boosters. They didn't charge for the cleaning since the cost of losing my Tomato was immeasurable. They should be investigated and shut down. Went there for the first time today with my cat Lady. I had to have her put to sleep. The staff was so sweet and affectionate with her. She was so calm and fell asleep so peacefully. I had been putting it off for so long but she went the way I wanted it for her. Thank you ladies for taking such sweet care of my Lady. Read Less

When I find an exceptional business I want to brag because it's very difficult to find good businesses anymore. Airway Animal Clinic is beyond exceptional. They take appointments and walk-ins. I was a walk in and had about an hour-and-a-half wait before I was seen. The staff makes you feel so comfortable and I was shocked at the low cost of the visit and medications. The place is smaller and older but clean. Appts are weeks out. Still I choose them over everyone. Read Less

Great place. They actually care about your pets and walk ins are a lifesaver. Sometimes there can be a bit of a wait but peace of mind is worth it if you've got a sick pup. Prices are about half of what we were paying at banfield. Read Less

Not brand-spanking-new but everybody in that building really cares for animals. And the prices are good more affordable. I drive a ways to take my dog their past several other vets. So that should tell you something. Also another dog I had had constant problems with her ears and Airway Animal Clinic figured out what was wrong with her ears gave me medicine and it fixed it. The other place I was going to with charged me $100 each visit and gave me vague answers as to why my dog's ears were getting infected all the time. They soaked me for several hundred dollars. This Veterinary Clinic was recommended by a friend. I was looking for clinic that was closer to home. I called to schedule an initial appointment & was scheduled to come in 2 to 3 weeks later as they were booked solid. The inside of the building was old & in need of updating & had a very small waiting area. The waiting area was very crowded. I waited 30 minutes to be seen. The vet was very good with my dog. Fast forward to 3 weeks later. My dog is sick & they have walk-in appointments. I waited 2 1/2 hours to be seen & eventually had to leave. Upon calling to schedule a specific sick dog appointment, I was told that it depended on how sick my dog was because they were booked in advance for the next 2 weeks. I contacted my previous vet & was able to schedule an appointment for that afternoon. Overall, this veterinary clinic was okay but is in serious need of better organization & management of appointments, & a bigger waiting area.Needless to say, I will stay with my current vet until I find a better veterinary clinic closer to home. This was my first time here and I was having to have my 15 year old dog put down. The compassion they showed and even as a walk in they gave me top priority. The doctor and assistant who oversaw his care made it a bit easier to get through a really painful process. Read Less

The vet healed my cat who had a uti. I was very worried, because I recently had another cat pass away from a uti after lots of treatment at different vet. The vet at airway animal clinic was very reassuring and confident that she could fix my cat up, and she did! I still feed him the urinary tract cat food, but he is happy as can be. We had an emergency with our dog on a Saturday morning that required getting some stitches. We called Airway Animal Clinic and they said "bring him on in." Other vets in the area said things along the lines of oh, we don't do surgeris on Saturdays, or sorry but we can't fit your emergency in. Airway Animal Clinic was a life saver and provided GREAT service! The Vet an staff were very knowledgeable and even saved us a few bucks by providing us with free samples for the pain meds. The overall price was very reasonable and our dog is happy as could be. The staff all seemed to genuinely care about the we being of our pet, too! They even trimmed his nails for free! Read Less

I've been here for several visits for many different pets dealing with many different things. Those visits always went above and beyond amazing. Almost two months ago I showed up with my kitten at 8:40 in the morning on a Saturday. We didn't get seen by a vet until 1:35 in the afternoon and even then it wasn't a vet, it was a vet in practice. She had assumed my kitten did not need x-rays. She also assumed my kitten didn't a brace or splint for her injury. I've always brought my dogs here, and my parents bring their dogs there as well. I love how friendly they are and how they always answer any kind of questions I ask about my dog. He's never been uncomfortable with their Employees at all. He loves everyone that he's ever came in contact with while he was there. They are very professional and have always been our family vet.
