I only go to see one M.D.V., Lynn Tuer, however the staff today (11/16/2020 at approx 8:46am) was the most horrid pair of misfits I ever encountered behind a glass window. I didn't want the pair to ruin my inner peace but won't be going back there if I have to go through the donut-eating conversation engaged receptionists who waited for me to interrupt their conversation while I stood there at the window with my sick cat. I can not! No business is worth the headache on top of everything else going on in life. Who needs this treatment to add icing to my sick cats cake! I always choose peace over nonsense!

Our puppy was brought to Dr Perkins for a spay and was spayed with a recessed vulva. Of course, we had no idea what that was and expected someone with decades of experience to know. He did not. She recently passed away from aggressive terminal bladder cancer after years of horrible UTIs from this botched spay. she lived in misery. Please don't take your animals there. There are so many experienced, competent vets in the Dayton area, please stay away from here. Dr Studebaker expressed our dogs anal glands and she ended up with a horrible infection taking months to heal. STAY AWAY, find a competant vet.

I think this practice is RUDE and they have already sealed their fate for losing a possible customer who has three dogs that require regular checkups and dental care! I won't even consider saying the name of this business on casual conversation but to express poor customer service and zero recommendation for consideration.

After bad experiences with three other local vet clinics, we took our year-old lab to see Dr. Perkins. Both the doc and the vet tech took time to calm him and get down to his level to talk to him and pet him before any examination. He's PETRIFIED of vet offices but this visit went quite well thanks to a dedicated staff and people who know what they're doing. It's a drive for us, but we won't be going anywhere else.

I have a 13 week old puppy and just tried to get the 3rd and final shots. They tried to upsell me on heart worm medication and then went on about problems I could have if breeding the dog. I've had the breed for almost 40 years and all they tried to do was paint a gloom and doom scenario about everything. Okay now this is a very healthy 13 week old puppy. In which then they told me the breeder had lied about her age and she wasn't even 12 weeks old yet. So I called the breeder who is a minister in a church and she said the puppy was just shy of 8 weeks when she was sent . Which put her at more like 14 weeks. More or less they were trying to drag out the series of injections to 4 instead of 3 and trying to upsell me on everything. I just walked out.

The vet took him back and monitored him for another day, no charges, no hassle, and Peanut was vibrant and playful the very next day! They care about your animals, they aren't just doing their job. They made my pup feel better and he hasn't had a problem since!

We have always taken our pets to Huber Heights Animal Hospital. Not just because it was conveniently located around the corner from us but because of the caring doctors and staff. Recently we had to put our dog to sleep due to the various medical problems she had. Dr. Hinde and the entire staff were just so compassionate. We could not have accomplished what we did the past 3 years with our dog, Honey had it not been for Dr. Hinde and the staff. They would answer my questions whenever I called, and there were several calls and take her in anytime we needed to have her blood sugar level checked. If someone didn't have an immediate answer, they would check with the doctor and call back shortly thereafter. Thank you all for all that you did and all that you do. You are so appreciated by our family.

They wanted us to go to the er vet. I made an appointment for the next day. Patched her up with wal mart first aid. got her there after that was over. I decided to switch vets. When I first walked into the clinic I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness. But once talking with the girls at the desk they made me feel very comfortable. They are down to earth people. The first vet I saw was Dr Hinde and she was FABULOUS!!!! Took time answering all my questions and seemed to enjoy us. However, my next visit was with Dr Perkins and it was a completely different experience! He was very condescending, not friendly at all and had us waiting over an hour with no apology. So, from now on I only see Dr Hinds. She, the receptionist and the techs are the only reason I am a regular client. Certainly not Dr Perkins!!

So, Huber Heights Animal Hospital is not the fanciest vet in town But I can assure you it is the best. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my pet's. We normally see Dr. Hinde (THE BEST), but over the years, we have seen all of the doctor's at one time or another & they are all fantastic! Kind, thorough, competent & patient with our many questions. The support staff is also wonderful! Very friendly, very compassionate & very good at what they do! If you are looking for nothing but the best healthcare for your pet, this is definitely the place to go! Thanks Huber Heights Animal Hospital, for loving our pets as we do! I have used Huber Heights Animal Hospital for many years now. My parents and I used them when I was a child growing up. So all in all I have used them on and off since 1984. They are a wonderful group and I will go no where else. I have had to have 2 cats put down in my life and with one I was able to sit with him and say goodbye the other one my dad took on his own cause it was so soon after the first that my mom and I couldn't handle it. They have always been very nice to us and always know us when we come in and play with out animals as well.

We started taking our pets here when we moved out this way in 1997. We have always received the best care possible for our beloved pets. And, when the time has come (as it did for three of our pets in the past) for them to be put to sleep, the staff allowed us to remain in the room, petting our animals and saying goodbye as our little furry kids passed from this world into the next. I saw tears of compassion in the eyes of the doctors and staff as well. Afterwards, they sent us a note of sympathy, signed by everyone. To me, it is more important that a person have a good heart and good knowledge that they are willing to share with everyone, than that they have the newest facility.

I have never seen a group of Doctors and Staff who were more caring. We took our Maltese in with what we thought was a UTI but it was more than that. The doctor insisted we should do XRays and discovered she had many bladder stones blocking her up which could have killed her. They were booked with surgeries, but they called clients until someone graciously gave up their appt so they could do emergency surgery. Every doctor and staff member was involved with her recovery and did all they could to answer questions and make sure she received proper care. She is alive and well today thanks to everyone who nursed her back to health. Thank you Huber Hts Animal Clinic... you are the best!!!!

I only go to see one M.D.V., Lynn Tuer, however the staff today (11/16/2020 at approx 8:46am) was the most horrid pair of misfits I ever encountered behind a glass window. I didn't want the pair to ruin my inner peace but won't be going back there if I have to go through the donut-eating conversation engaged receptionists who waited for me to interrupt their conversation while I stood there at the window with my sick cat. I can not! No business is worth the headache on top of everything else going on in life. Who needs this treatment to add icing to my sick cats cake! I always choose peace over nonsense!

Our puppy was brought to Dr Perkins for a spay and was spayed with a recessed vulva. Of course, we had no idea what that was and expected someone with decades of experience to know. He did not. She recently passed away from aggressive terminal bladder cancer after years of horrible UTIs from this botched spay. she lived in misery. Please don't take your animals there. There are so many experienced, competent vets in the Dayton area, please stay away from here. Dr Studebaker expressed our dogs anal glands and she ended up with a horrible infection taking months to heal. STAY AWAY, find a competant vet.

I think this practice is RUDE and they have already sealed their fate for losing a possible customer who has three dogs that require regular checkups and dental care! I won't even consider saying the name of this business on casual conversation but to express poor customer service and zero recommendation for consideration.

Both the doc and the vet tech took time to calm him and get down to his level to talk to him and pet him before any examination. He's PETRIFIED of vet offices but this visit went quite well thanks to a dedicated staff and people who know what they're doing. It's a drive for us, but we won't be going anywhere else.

I have a 13 week old puppy and just tried to get the 3rd and final shots. They tried to upsell me on heart worm medication and then went on about problems I could have if breeding the dog. I've had the breed for almost 40 years and all they tried to do was paint a gloom and doom scenario about everything. Okay now this is a very healthy 13 week old puppy. In which then they told me the breeder had lied about her age and she wasn't even 12 weeks old yet. So I called the breeder who is a minister in a church and she said the puppy was just shy of 8 weeks when she was sent . Which put her at more like 14 weeks. More or less they were trying to drag out the series of injections to 4 instead of 3 and trying to upsell me on everything. I just walked out.

The vet took him back and monitored him for another day, no charges, no hassle, and Peanut was vibrant and playful the very next day! They care about your animals, they aren't just doing their job. They made my pup feel better and he hasn't had a problem since!

We have always taken our pets to Huber Heights Animal Hospital. Not just because it was conveniently located around the corner from us but because of the caring doctors and staff. Recently we had to put our dog to sleep due to the various medical problems she had. Dr. Hinde and the entire staff were just so compassionate. We could not have accomplished what we did the past 3 years with our dog, Honey had it not been for Dr. Hinde and the staff. They would answer my questions whenever I called, and there were several calls and take her in anytime we needed to have her blood sugar level checked. If someone didn't have an immediate answer, they would check with the doctor and call back shortly thereafter. Thank you all for all that you did and all that you do. You are so appreciated by our family.

When I first walked into the clinic I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness. But once talking with the girls at the desk they made me feel very comfortable. They are down to earth people. The first vet I saw was Dr Hinde and she was FABULOUS!!!! Took time answering all my questions and seemed to enjoy us. However, my next visit was with Dr Perkins and it was a completely different experience! He was very condescending, not friendly at all and had us waiting over an hour with no apology. So, from now on I only see Dr Hinds. She, the receptionist and the techs are the only reason I am a regular client. Certainly not Dr Perkins!!

We normally see Dr. Hinde (THE BEST), but over the years, we have seen all of the doctor's at one time or another & they are all fantastic! Kind, thorough, competent & patient with our many questions. The support staff is also wonderful! Very friendly, very compassionate & very good at what they do! I have used Huber Heights Animal Hospital for many years now. My parents and I used them when I was a child growing up. So all in all I have used them on and off since 1984. They are a wonderful group and I will go no where else. I have had to have 2 cats put down in my life and with one I was able to sit with him and say goodbye the other one my dad took on his own cause it was so soon after the first that my mom and I couldn't handle it. They have always been very nice to us and always know us when we come in and play with out animals as well.

We started taking our pets here when we moved out this way in 1997. We have always received the best care possible for our beloved pets. And, when the time has come (as it did for three of our pets in the past) for them to be put to sleep, the staff allowed us to remain in the room, petting our animals and saying goodbye as our little furry kids passed from this world into the next. I saw tears of compassion in the eyes of the doctors and staff as well. Afterwards, they sent us a note of sympathy, signed by everyone. To me, it is more important that a person have a good heart and good knowledge that they are willing to share with everyone, than that they have the newest facility.

The doctor insisted we should do XRays and discovered she had many bladder stones blocking her up which could have killed her. They were booked with surgeries, but they called clients until someone graciously gave up their appt so they could do emergency surgery. Every doctor and staff member was involved with her recovery and did all they could to answer questions and make sure she received proper care. She is alive and well today thanks to everyone who nursed her back to health. Thank you Huber Hts Animal Clinic... you are the best!!!!
