I moved here from WV over a year ago and brought two dogs with me. I searched the internet for vets close to my home. After research on location, I searched reviews and made phone calls. I could not be happier with the way the staff made me feel. We have progressed from routine check ups to injuries all the while the staff has been compassionate, caring and immediately able to assist us. I tell everyone I know about the fantastic level of care we receive. While not the closest vet available to me, I do feel the are the best around! After three years this practice still amazes me. Last fall one of my four fur babies developed skin allergies. After educating me, we discussed options, and now live itch free with the help of allergy shots. On 15 February, 2018, I went into the clinic to request copies of my dog's records. The person that spoke to me did not have a name tag, or did she identify herself. I told her my dog had passed away, and I wanted copies of her medical records. She told me I couldn't have them, and could only have her shot records. She never offered any condolences. She asked me why I wanted them, and I told her for sentimental reasons. She rudely, and with a smart aleck voice told me again that I couldn't have them, and would have to speak to a Doctor. Another employee asked if I needed help, and gave me the records, and expressed Sympathy to me. I don't know who you were, but, thanks for reminding me why I no longer bring my six pets to this office. A hateful, rude and nasty person. Inexcusable!! Read Less

I don't know where to begin, my dog had cancer, and thanks to Dr. Adkins quick work and help, she managed to help my dog, and save her life, I can't thank her or the staff enough for all that they have done for my beautiful girl. Called and made an appointment this morning at 9 am and described exactly what my dog needed because it has happened before. He had an ear infection and because he shakes his head alot because of that it made his ear fill with blood and needs drained. Well the receptionist scheduled my appointment today and when my dog was taken there they told.my family that they didn't have time to do that today, gave him medicine, charged for the office visit and was told to make another appointment next week? So why couldn't she tell me that on the phone earlier and I would have taken him somewhere else to have his ear drained instead of them trying to get more money out of us for more visits. Last time he had this done it was all done the same day at a much better place. Should have took him there again.Read Less

Excellent, caring service at both locations. We recently needed an appointment very quickly after the Christmas holiday for a sick dog. They got us in despite it being a very busy day for them. AND we got TWO follow up calls to be sure our Retriever was feeling better. My personal physician doesn't do that! Read Less

I called to get an estimate on vaccines for a puppy. There the only clinic in the Dayton area that wants $150 for the first visit for vaccines. Then an additional $65 per booster vaccine in which they wanted two boosters and every other clinic in the Dayton area only wants one booster. All the other veterinarians by the way so everybody knows they want $60 - 100 for the first visit. This veterinarian office also so everybody knows is not going to allow you to make your own medical decisions for your pets outside of surgical procedures everything else is up to them I wouldn't go there if my life depended on it!!! I was nervous to go here since there were no other yelp reviews but I had a wonderful experience so I thought I would share. Everyone who works there is very kind, and were very gentle with my anxious dog.   I could tell that the staff was very experienced.  The vet didn't seem to mind answering all of my many questions, and had helpful advice about some behavioral things with my dog. I never recommend this place a call to get a second opinion iwhen the vet finally seen my dog all she cared about was removing her teeth I wanted a second opinion on her eye she couldn't open she told me you need to be removed quoted me $1200 just to remove her eye and another 900 I told him I did not have the $1200 could they please give her pain medication they acted like they wasn't going to told me to apply for a credit card I told them to pleases just give her the pain medication after Waiting 20 mins they finally gave me meds for her then I was ? Why was there a dead flea on her I said because I use frontline! Wtf? I got in my car drove my dog to West Alex Seen A vet out there twin Valley animal clinic he stitched her eye shut and it healed it!! They never once offered me this option glad I called another vet if not I would have my dogs I removed it what do you need removed! Read Less

Dr. Weisberger was great with my dog Charlie. He has had trouble at the vet's before, but Dr. Weisberger was great with him. I had to wait a bit, but it was well worth it. She spent time giving him a thorough exam. She found a skin condition (demodex?) that has probably been his problem all along. No one else even looked. Read Less
