They even provided immediate emergency advice on a Saturday night. They have very reasonable prices and really seem to care about helping pets stay healthy and happy. This place is fantastic. We took our family dog there for 13 years growing up. When the time came, they were beyond compassionate. Explained all of our options and gave us the space to think through everything. A week later we got a personal follow up from Dr. Kurt. Such an amazing group of people. Now that I am grown and starting my own family, I take my dog Max there. They have been great. During a few emergencies they helped us over the phone, until we could get him to the clinic. Love, love, love this place! They are so attentive to my dog and I've never had to wait more than a couple days for a regular appointment and anything even close to an emergency (like, upset stomach or something) has been handled the same day. The staff is so nice! I especially like that the veterinarians make sure to provide multiple treatment options for situations and they don't rush to the most expensive option. Read Less

I have been taking my dog her for 13 years. Great staff,great doctors. I would like to add that my dog is now a "more grace required" dog. He knows the staff after all these years and will let staff take him back to get his nails clipped. It easier on me and my baby boy. Read Less

After reading some of the negative reviews on here, I felt inclined to write my own. I've brought my 2 dogs and 1 cat here for the last 6 years, and have received nothing but the best treatment from Dr.'s Melton and Kremer. I've only seen Dr. Gibson maybe once, but he was terrific as well. The front desk staff is also superb. The entire staff is very professional. Highly recommend! Read Less

The staff are amazing! The veterinarians are knowledgeable, intelligent and kind hearted. I completely trust them with my dogs and would take them anywhere else! The facility is nice and comfortable and they are usually quick and easy to get an appointment. They also are very accommodating in emergency situations. Wonderful place and wonderful people! I have two Prairie Dogs, and when the time arised for a vet check it wasn't just a check up, it was an EMERGENCY!!! I found multiple Vets in the phone book that stated they dealt with exptic pets but when it came down to it, Northgate was the only place that came through in the Emergency! !! Not only were they wonderful with my sweet Baby girl Prairie Dog, but the Doctor eased my mind by sharing the knowledge he had about my pets species. This is a wonderful place for animals. The veterinarians are gentle and knowledgeable. The other staff members are all friendly and caring toward clients and their pets. I have used the kennel service many times. The kennels are clean and well-kept. The staff care for the pets as if they were their own.
