A friend had recommended this place, because he had a great experience and he knew that I wasn't happy with my previous vet. So when our dog got sick I immediately thought to bring her to Northridge. And I'm so glad that I did. These guys took excellent care of our little one. She was completely at ease and comfortable which was what was most important to us. When I need to take her in this is the place I will go and I would highly recommend you do the same if you're looking for a good vet. These guys are the best.

Wonderful place. We had a very sick Guinea Pig in tremendous amounts of pain that needed put down. They handled it gently and with total regard for everyone's feelings. They provided a paw-imprinted plague for my stepdaughter to keep, and sent a card of condolence a week later.

First time visit with two rescue pups. Dr. Hapner was awesome as was his staff. Our questions were answered and the female was spayed the next day. The follow up on her surgery was better than I have had from any other vet. I can't recommend this practice enough, the met every need of the pups and humans.

Now it's just 6 cats. lol If course they are never happy but all the vets, techs and personnel that man the phones, help with advice and make appointments take excellent care of my spoiled brats! This is definitely by far the best vet clinic I've ever experienced. The people there are always friendly and I usually don't have to wait long to see the vet. I especially love that they use an app which sends me reminders and I can also use to request an appointment. But the best part is the vet, there are several vets that work here, and all of them are fantastic! It's obvious that they love animals and they're always loving toward my pets. It's a bit of a trip for me but it's always worth coming here!

I've been bringing my pets here for years! Dr. Christy couldn't have picked a more wonderful and caring doctors to take over the clinic. Dr. Hapner and Dr. Helsinger has worked extensively with one of my cats and I have always felt so comfortable and confident in their decisions. Great atmosphere, clean, and super friendly and caring. EVERYONE there has always been understanding and helpful with any questions I have (no matter how silly I think they are). After having such great care from them for years it's hard to trust anyone else with my fur babies. A specialist was recommended and the doctor they referred me to was just as wonderful. I always know my cats are in great hands there.

I've mainly seen Dr. Hapner and Dr. Helsinger. They are both amazing veterinarians. They're very attentive to my questions and concerns and they're gentle with my cats. Twice now I've had them give me treatment options for things my old vet in Cincinnati said were problems that nothing could be done about. I now live in Belbrook, but it's worth it to drive 30 minutes to get to an office full of people I trust.

It's sometimes difficult to find a Vet, that cares as much as you do, about your animals. I was impressed by these guys! We lost our female Chi-weenie, and she left us with 6 beautiful pups to raise....
It's sometimes difficult to find a Vet, that cares as much as you do, about your animals. I was impressed by these guys! We lost our female Chi-weenie, and she left us with 6 beautiful pups to raise. Even with the efforts of Jim, we lost the runt of the pack today unfortunately. Jim did what he could on Monday for her, but, sometimes everyones efforts are just not enough. These guys did a great job, showing us exactly how to bottle feed, and take care of our pups. Thank you so much!

My female German Sheperd - Sofia - is still just a little leery of Dr. Dorsey - lol - but Dr. Dorsey did what she had to do to cure a HORRIBLE ear infection Sofia had. :) Will never go anywhere else.

I have been coming to Northridge Clinc every since I was a little girl with my parents and pets, Now I come and I am 37. I have 2 dogs and 4 cats. I would not trade vets. Dr. Christy is awesome and the other vets that are in there are great as well. They do love animals, I know that first hand. I have seen some of the girls that work there tear up a few times. Very genuine.

A friend had recommended this place, because he had a great experience and he knew that I wasn't happy with my previous vet. So when our dog got sick I immediately thought to bring her to Northridge. And I'm so glad that I did. These guys took excellent care of our little one. She was completely at ease and comfortable which was what was most important to us. When I need to take her in this is the place I will go and I would highly recommend you do the same if you're looking for a good vet. These guys are the best.

This is definitely by far the best vet clinic I've ever experienced. The people there are always friendly and I usually don't have to wait long to see the vet. I've been bringing my pets here for years! Dr. Christy couldn't have picked a more wonderful and caring doctors to take over the clinic. Dr. Hapner and Dr. Helsinger has worked extensively with one of my cats and I have always felt so comfortable and confident in their decisions. Great atmosphere, clean, and super friendly and caring. I take my cats and dog to Dr. Hapner and Dr. Helsinger. Both of them are so compassionate. I have had 2 cats euthanized due to trauma and Dr. Hapner was so caring and compassionate. The facility is so clean and all the staff is cheerful.

I've mainly seen Dr. Hapner and Dr. Helsinger. They are both amazing veterinarians. They're very attentive to my questions and concerns and they're gentle with my cats. Twice now I've had them give me treatment options for things my old vet in Cincinnati said were problems that nothing could be done about. I now live in Belbrook, but it's worth it to drive 30 minutes to get to an office full of people I trust.

i have been going here for years...staff always super nice and the vets really care about your babies and take great care of them.....highly recommend!!!

It's sometimes difficult to find a Vet, that cares as much as you do, about your animals. I was impressed by these guys! We lost our female Chi-weenie, and she left us with 6 beautiful pups to raise....
It's sometimes difficult to find a Vet, that cares as much as you do, about your animals. I was impressed by these guys! We lost our female Chi-weenie, and she left us with 6 beautiful pups to raise. Even with the efforts of Jim, we lost the runt of the pack today unfortunately. Jim did what he could on Monday for her, but, sometimes everyones efforts are just not enough. These guys did a great job, showing us exactly how to bottle feed, and take care of our pups. Thank you so much!

Dr. Helsinger is amazing! Attentive and kind, very knowledgeable and careful in her explanations. I cannot recommend her enough.

Dr. Dorsey is the absolute BEST! Dr. Helsinger is good too but Dr. Dorsey is just over the top Wonderful, Competent, Caring, Real, Down to earth and just the best vet I have ever experienced! My female German Sheperd - Sofia - is still just a little leery of Dr. Dorsey - lol - but Dr. Dorsey did what she had to do to cure a HORRIBLE ear infection Sofia had. :) Will never go anywhere else.

I have been coming to Northridge Clinc every since I was a little girl with my parents and pets, Now I come and I am 37. I have 2 dogs and 4 cats. I would not trade vets. Dr. Christy is awesome and the other vets that are in there are great as well. They do love animals, I know that first hand. I have seen some of the girls that work there tear up a few times. Very genuine.
