This was the first time I went here as I am new to the area. My dog went in for bath and nail trim. The best shampoo she has ever had. Most of the time my dog loses the clean smell after a couple days. She smelled good for a couple weeks though. I know it was only a basic service but I was very happy and will bring her back. Could not be happier with Dr. Raymond and his staff! My dog needed surgery to remove a tube sock from his stomach. Rather than have us wait until the next day when he had available time in his schedule, Dr. Raymond stayed late to make sure my dog got the help he needed. Plus, the whole procedure ended up costing nearly 3x less than another Vet we met with the day before. When I picked up my dog the day after surgery the entire staff came out to see him off. This place doesn't even deserve one star. I went into this place yesterday in desperate need to have my dog seen, who was vomiting and pooping blood. He hadn't eaten in 3 days. It was 11:45 am - they told me that they were by appointment only. They had NO customers - no cars in the parking lot. They told me that their doctors go on lunch from 12-2 pm, and that I had to come back after 2, but they had appointments so they would try to fit me in. I could clearly see a doctor in the back talking. They could have seen my dog to see what was wrong. I took him to Airway Animal Clinic. I was seen right away after I told them what was going on and I found out that he has PARVOVIRUS! This place had no care to try to help me out. I will never go here again. Everyone is so nice here and they really go out of their way to fit you in when you have a sick fur baby that needs attention. I always feel that they take their time and take your concerns seriously. The vet and assistant that we had today just loved all over my cat Sadie and made her comfortable. We absolutely LOVE Paws Inn! Our dog, Pappy, actually gets excited to visit. We love that a complimentary bath is given when he stays more than one night, and it give us peace of mind to know not only is this a kennel, but also a veterinary hospital so he has complete care here. In my cats 15 years, she's NEVER been treated with as much care and compassion as was shown today at Paws Inn. She always goes into a vets office, hissing and growling. Every other vet has either sedated her or covered her and held her down with towels to examine. Today, I witnessed the vet and tech, both, speak to her in calming voices, while petting her and giving her treats. She was receptive to some of their touches, which was a first for her. Although they were unable to coax her out of her carrier on her own, they were able to remove her and examine her humanely. In waking every two hours at night with our puppy, being a SAHM to a toddler, house breaking a puppy that is just not getting it, and all the other Mom/Wife duties, I completely forgot to call our old vet and have the records sent. If the employee behind the counter was annoyed, she never showed it. She looked up the vet, called and got the info they needed. Every point of contact is a positive one. We also have had positive experiences with the first few puppy appointments we've had so far.Read Less

Wonderful place for animals! We took our new puppy there as recommended by Fetch in the mall where we purchased him. He turned out to be very sick and they took excellent care of him and also took care of billing the pet store so that we didn't have to worry about anything. We brought our new pup into Paws Inn for the first time and the staff and vets are great. Very friendly and no waiting on any of our first three visits. Plus they helped our little bully/basset with the case of pneumonia she came to us with us. We will keep driving from Fairborn to Paws Inn going forward with our other 2 pets as well! Read Less

I LOVE Paws Inn! My two babies go there! My Daisy is so outgoing and doesn't want to leave because the girls are so great there and love on her so much! My Lily girl is a little different. She is scared to death every time we go in there! I was amazed the visit we went in and the vet saw how scared Lily was on the big table they put them on and she actually picked Lily up and sat on the floor with her to do her exam! I was completely amazed by the care and love that showed my baby! It is a little bit of a drive for me to take my girls there, but it is so worth it! They are the BEST vet I've ever been to!
