A wonderful and affordable hospital to take your fur babies too when they get sick or for daily checkups. They know that cats and dogs can fight like cats and dogs so they have a cat entrance and waiting room and a dog entrance and waiting room to make it more comfortable for them. Very caring. Dr Mark Botowsky (forgive spelling error) is one of the best vets I've ever had.

I am so pleased with Twin Maples. I was referred by someone that works here who told me about being AAHA accredited. I called for a quote, and it was SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than the other places I had contacted. The staff was great, and when I met with Dr. Wells before and after my cat’s surgery, she took the time to answer all my questions, and did not rush me. I will definitely be taking my cat here regularly!!

As a former vet tech of over 2 decades experience who’s worked at many of the area vet clinics, I can say with confidence that Twin Maples is one of the very best clinics. In addition to their knowledgeable and caring doctors and staff, I LOVE that they have regular hours 7 days a week. Before coming here, I read up on Google reviews and it seemed like it was a good vet place to choose... I'm SO GLAD I picked it! Staff was very polite and professional. They all were willing to take on my aggressive and anxious behaved dog. Of course, the bill was rather expensive, and my dog wasn't thrilled. But I know my dog was well taken care of and was given everything that she needed updates on. The vet was very kind, even though my dog bit him once or twice.

I've been seeing this vets office for several years for all my pets. I consistently receive good service and get in quickly. Their extended hours are awesome and help out a lot. About a year and a half ago my cat was diagnosed with intestinal lymphoma and Dr. Bisoski was awesome during that time and really helped me a lot. If I needed advice I could call and leave him a voicemail directly and he would call me back that day and talk to me about it, and not even charge anything. Fifteen months and my kitty is still cancer free thanks to this office :)

Our dog was recently very ill and our regular vet was not open due it being a weekend. We looked up this vet and saw they were open on a Saturday afternoon. We called them and got right in. Unfortunately we were 45 minutes away and our precious and beloved girl passed away on the way to the clinic. Upon arrival I went in and told the lady at the counter what had happened. I cried as I told her and she showed such compassion for me as she herself got tears in her eyes. I asked for someone to come to the car just to take a listen and confirm that she indeed had passed away. In a short time the vet came out with an assistant and confirmed for us. Everyone there was so compassionate and caring. And they had never met us or our pet before. If they can treat strangers this way, I can only imagine how they treat their loyal customers. We are hoping we can make this our primary vet clinic for the rest of our animals. This place is amazing and we only wish we had found them sooner. Thank you to your staff that was involved with us! Your concern and compassion will always be in our hearts as we faced this difficult time with our beloved Rosie girl. Thank you.

I've been going to Twin Maples for about 7 years. Dr. Burkhardt has taken great care of my cat and my dog. She's helped me with multiple issues, including my dog's trachea collapse issues and my cat's onset of diabetes. My pets, especially my dog, really like her.
But, the whole staff is great. One of the things I like most about Twin Maples is that there are multiple doctors there. In the event that I need a quick appointment, if my regular doctor isn't available, I can see someone else. This has come in handy on more than one occasion. I like that they also have evening and weekend hours. This is very convenient for those with a variety of work schedules.
They're also a full-service hospital. They do everything from annual check-ups to surgeries to dental cleanings.
Most of all, I trust them and my pets trust them.

I love Twin Maples! The staff is so caring and responsive, even before you set foot in the door. I was looking for an exotics vet for my two male rats, and Dr. Miles was compassionate and knowledgeable about their care. The staff were enthusiastic and kind (and super non-judgmental, which is always refreshing) and responded to my emails and appointment request so quickly. The office is great, very clean and welcoming even when they are swamped! It was also the most affordable care in the area, and no quality was sacrificed. Dr. Miles entertained and answered all of our questions, and made sure we thought about our decision to neuter our rats very carefully, since the risk for complications during surgery is so much higher with small animals. Needless to say, our boys are doing phenomenal now, and we couldn't be happier with how things turned out! Thanks Twin Maples for everything!

As hard as it was and as much as I've had it with death this year I can't say enough good about our vet office. We had appt at 3 they said if she got worse bring her and they will triage. I called and said she's breathing but unconscious we're coming. Then called again screaming dog Isn't breathing they asked how far away we are and had 5 at the door they had us pull up to with a stretcher. Was too late but they gave us time and checked on us. Didn't try to push a sale on us. Gaga our dog of 6 years (7 years old almost to the day) is now gone but i will continue to bring them my cats. My kid even came in his boxers neither had shoes because we had a true emergency and nothing was said about the kids and they gave us time to let our family (including 7 and 8 year old) time to say goodbye and got my son his blanket we used to move her back and I took her collar

A great place to take your pets. I have had a great experience everytime I have needed to take my pets in. I have had to rush my dog in due to an emergency and never were they anything but supportive and caring. They took care of him and had me come back for a check up and very low costs. I have recommended my family and friends to Twim Maples and they have all been very pleased. One of my friends even boarded her 6 cats there while she was moving and loved the care they gave them She continues to go back with her cats. My animals are everything tp me and it is extremely important to me to find them the best care possible. The staff here has shown me I have nothing to worry about when I need care for my pets. Recommend them highly

My dog had a sudden onset of symptoms while I was traveling through the area and Twin Maples quickly got him in to be seen. They did a very thorough evaluation, began treatment to stabilize my best buddy and sent us home with research info of which even my home vet was unaware. They delivered the news with compassion and directed us toward a specialist in our area. I will forever be grateful for the care that they gave to my Benjamin, despite the fact that he isn't their patient.

Absolutely love Dr. Clouse and the rest of the staff at Twin Maples. All 4 of my pets have seen Dr. Clouse or one of the other veterinarians (in an emergency or when Clouse wasn't available); and I would recommend them all. Dr. Ferguson was especially great with our cat. I will continue to drive 40 minutes to Twin Maples; there isn't a greater group of veterinarians in the Dayton area.

They have the best vets in Dayton along with a very dedicated staff. The staff is always very nice and helpful when I call to ask questions or make appointments. When we get in for the appointments they are always very nice and quick to greet us. It usually takes a few minutes to get in with a doctor but that is because they are typically busy especially the days they offer their extended evening hours. The vets themselves are always kind and very loving with our dog. They give him the best care we could ask for and make us aware of the important issues with our dogs health. The last thing I have to say is that they go above and beyond what is expected of them. When our dog started suffering from seizures last Fall we called about 5 minutes before closing and they told us to bring him in right then instead of waiting. They helped myself and my husband became fully aware of what can cause seizures and helped us put our dog on the correct medicine to make him better.

A wonderful and affordable hospital to take your fur babies too when they get sick or for daily checkups. They know that cats and dogs can fight like cats and dogs so they have a cat entrance and waiting room and a dog entrance and waiting room to make it more comfortable for them. Very caring. Dr Mark Botowsky (forgive spelling error) is one of the best vets I've ever had.

I am so pleased with Twin Maples. I was referred by someone that works here who told me about being AAHA accredited. I called for a quote, and it was SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than the other places I had contacted. The staff was great, and when I met with Dr. Wells before and after my cat’s surgery, she took the time to answer all my questions, and did not rush me. I will definitely be taking my cat here regularly!!

As a former vet tech of over 2 decades experience who’s worked at many of the area vet clinics, I can say with confidence that Twin Maples is one of the very best clinics. In addition to their knowledgeable and caring doctors and staff, I LOVE that they have regular hours 7 days a week. Before coming here, I read up on Google reviews and it seemed like it was a good vet place to choose... I'm SO GLAD I picked it! Staff was very polite and professional. They all were willing to take on my aggressive and anxious behaved dog. Of course, the bill was rather expensive, and my dog wasn't thrilled. But I know my dog was well taken care of and was given everything that she needed updates on. The vet was very kind, even though my dog bit him once or twice.

I've been seeing this vets office for several years for all my pets. I consistently receive good service and get in quickly. Their extended hours are awesome and help out a lot. About a year and a half ago my cat was diagnosed with intestinal lymphoma and Dr. Bisoski was awesome during that time and really helped me a lot. If I needed advice I could call and leave him a voicemail directly and he would call me back that day and talk to me about it, and not even charge anything. Fifteen months and my kitty is still cancer free thanks to this office :)

Our dog was recently very ill and our regular vet was not open due it being a weekend. We looked up this vet and saw they were open on a Saturday afternoon. We called them and got right in. Unfortunately we were 45 minutes away and our precious and beloved girl passed away on the way to the clinic. Upon arrival I went in and told the lady at the counter what had happened. I cried as I told her and she showed such compassion for me as she herself got tears in her eyes. I asked for someone to come to the car just to take a listen and confirm that she indeed had passed away. In a short time the vet came out with an assistant and confirmed for us. Everyone there was so compassionate and caring. And they had never met us or our pet before. If they can treat strangers this way, I can only imagine how they treat their loyal customers. We are hoping we can make this our primary vet clinic for the rest of our animals. This place is amazing and we only wish we had found them sooner. Thank you to your staff that was involved with us! Your concern and compassion will always be in our hearts as we faced this difficult time with our beloved Rosie girl. Thank you.

I've been going to Twin Maples for about 7 years. Dr. Burkhardt has taken great care of my cat and my dog. She's helped me with multiple issues, including my dog's trachea collapse issues and my cat's onset of diabetes. My pets, especially my dog, really like her.
But, the whole staff is great. One of the things I like most about Twin Maples is that there are multiple doctors there. In the event that I need a quick appointment, if my regular doctor isn't available, I can see someone else. This has come in handy on more than one occasion. I like that they also have evening and weekend hours. This is very convenient for those with a variety of work schedules.
They're also a full-service hospital. They do everything from annual check-ups to surgeries to dental cleanings.
Most of all, I trust them and my pets trust them.

A week later they sent me a card along with a poem. Means a lot to me that they took time to do something so nice. I love Twin Maples! The staff is so caring and responsive, even before you set foot in the door. I was looking for an exotics vet for my two male rats, and Dr. Miles was compassionate and knowledgeable about their care. The staff were enthusiastic and kind (and super non-judgmental, which is always refreshing) and responded to my emails and appointment request so quickly. The office is great, very clean and welcoming even when they are swamped! It was also the most affordable care in the area, and no quality was sacrificed. Dr. Miles entertained and answered all of our questions, and made sure we thought about our decision to neuter our rats very carefully, since the risk for complications during surgery is so much higher with small animals. Needless to say, our boys are doing phenomenal now, and we couldn't be happier with how things turned out! Thanks Twin Maples for everything!

As hard as it was and as much as I've had it with death this year I can't say enough good about our vet office. We had appt at 3 they said if she got worse bring her and they will triage. I called and said she's breathing but unconscious we're coming. Then called again screaming dog Isn't breathing they asked how far away we are and had 5 at the door they had us pull up to with a stretcher. Was too late but they gave us time and checked on us. Didn't try to push a sale on us. Gaga our dog of 6 years (7 years old almost to the day) is now gone but i will continue to bring them my cats. My kid even came in his boxers neither had shoes because we had a true emergency and nothing was said about the kids and they gave us time to let our family (including 7 and 8 year old) time to say goodbye and got my son his blanket we used to move her back and I took her collar

A great place to take your pets. I have had a great experience everytime I have needed to take my pets in. I have had to rush my dog in due to an emergency and never were they anything but supportive and caring. They took care of him and had me come back for a check up and very low costs. I have recommended my family and friends to Twim Maples and they have all been very pleased. One of my friends even boarded her 6 cats there while she was moving and loved the care they gave them She continues to go back with her cats. My animals are everything tp me and it is extremely important to me to find them the best care possible. The staff here has shown me I have nothing to worry about when I need care for my pets. Recommend them highly

My dog had a sudden onset of symptoms while I was traveling through the area and Twin Maples quickly got him in to be seen. They did a very thorough evaluation, began treatment to stabilize my best buddy and sent us home with research info of which even my home vet was unaware. They delivered the news with compassion and directed us toward a specialist in our area. I will forever be grateful for the care that they gave to my Benjamin, despite the fact that he isn't their patient.

Absolutely love Dr. Clouse and the rest of the staff at Twin Maples. All 4 of my pets have seen Dr. Clouse or one of the other veterinarians (in an emergency or when Clouse wasn't available); and I would recommend them all. Dr. Ferguson was especially great with our cat. I will continue to drive 40 minutes to Twin Maples; there isn't a greater group of veterinarians in the Dayton area.

They have the best vets in Dayton along with a very dedicated staff. The staff is always very nice and helpful when I call to ask questions or make appointments. When we get in for the appointments they are always very nice and quick to greet us. It usually takes a few minutes to get in with a doctor but that is because they are typically busy especially the days they offer their extended evening hours. The vets themselves are always kind and very loving with our dog. They give him the best care we could ask for and make us aware of the important issues with our dogs health. The last thing I have to say is that they go above and beyond what is expected of them. When our dog started suffering from seizures last Fall we called about 5 minutes before closing and they told us to bring him in right then instead of waiting. They helped myself and my husband became fully aware of what can cause seizures and helped us put our dog on the correct medicine to make him better.
