In-short: Best vets I've encountered, while living in Columbus we refused to see anyone else. I'd recommend them to absolutely anyone and everyone. If I could give more than 5 stars to the vets and staff at Noah's I would. They are absolutely phenomenal, caring, sympathetic, and above board. They've been flexible when we've run on hard financial times, and have never pushed unwanted or unnecessary medical treatment or medications. We were always greeted by name by the front office staff, and never waited more than 5 minutes before being seen by the vet.I moved to OH about 3 years ago and had to find a vet for my and my husband's pup, UConn. He began seeing Dr. Couling, prior to her time at Noah's. We followed her around Columbus not only because of her solid veterinary expertise and guidance, but because she truly shows how much she cares for and loves animals. UConn was never afraid to see her, and would greet her with cuddles and kisses, and Dr. Couling would always get down on the floor and cuddle and play with him while doing his physical exam. To me, that's a true sign of trust and a strong relationship that my pet has with their vet. If I won't see a doctor that doesn't treat me well, why should my pet? Dr. Couling, Dr. Lovasz, and the staff at Noah's were always there. As others have mentioned having a 24/7 emergency vet's office is a true stress reliever. When UConn ate a peach pit they were there. When he had horrible stomach distress, they were there. When I was just being an overly paranoid pet parent, they were there.Noah's also took care of a new addition to our family, Choo, our large and in-charge black cat. Scratch that, to say they "cared for him" is such a massive understatement, I need to clarify - long speech about to come:July 2014 I was out of town taking the Virginia Bar Exam, I was already stressed and freaking out. Choo had been having some issues with his bladder, and I was even more nervous being away from him. A day into my exam, I got a call from our pet boarders saying Choo hadn't peed in almost 24 hours. Commence complete freak out. I called Noah's and they recommended that Choo be brought in immediately. Once he arrived at Noah's, Dr. Lovasz called me, helped me calm down, and assured me they would take good care of him. Turned out he needed emergency surgery. Dr. Lovasz performed his surgery at 2 in the morning, and called me to let me know that it was successful, told me to stay calm and wished me luck on my exam. Dr. Couling who was his normal vet actually sent me photos of her cuddling my kitty monster the next day to help ease my anxiety. While he was recovering, during the evenings they let him have a whole exam room to himself so he could roam and look out the windows. We were tight on funds and the surgery was not inexpensive, but Noah's again worked with us. They made what could've been a horrible situation, so much less stressful and dare I say a truly remarkable experience. We recently moved to Virginia, and even after moving their office has still helped us when we're in a pinch. Honestly, one of the most difficult things about our move to VA has been finding a new vet since all others have such a high bar to live up to now. Read Less
