Extremely unprofessional and rude, awful customer service. Claim to be experienced in reproduction services and semen shipping but made a mistake labeling my semen shipment by marking it domestic when it was going to Canada.Doctor didn't bother to return my calls, customer service guy Jim hung up on me twice when I requested invoice and fedex documents (it's illegal to charge for service and refuse to provide invoice).Vet hung up on me too after saying she doesn't know when I will receive semen. Semen arrived 4 days late (useless and probably already dead) and no one informed me about new tracking number after they fixed label issue. They ignored my request for refund, charges about $750 Cad. If you are a breeder looking for reproduction service go somewhere else. Read Less

First of all, Ms Sikorska's idea of customer service is for all of our employees, including the doctor, to sit on the phone & listen to her hysterically yell at them. Mistake was made at Fedex initially, not here & the fact that her package sat in Customs in Canada for 3 days before being released at airport is not our fault or Fedex.

I met the Dr and her staff for the first time when my mother in law became terminally ill. I had to take over the care of her fur babies. Not only were the Dr and staff understanding of the situation, but when her dog needed a surgery, the Dr worked him in. I was only going to be in town for one business day, before heading back to NC. They took excellent care and my mother in law lived seeing her baby feeling better. Read Less

Dr. sowders misdiagnosed an abscessed tooth and gave my dog a shot of steroids. Definitely don’t want to suppress the immune system of an animal with active infection. Then she removed the wrong mass during surgery and tried to charge me after the second surgery to remove the correct tumor. 2 surgeries in 1 week! She was not apologetic and tried to avoid me after the second surgery. She only spoke with me after I refused to pay the whole bill (agreed to pay for pain meds but God knows she did not deserve it). She then proceeded to blame the techs for not marking the correct mass despite the fact that she had been the one to examine his tumors with me. All my other vets have called to follow up the day after surgery but she did not. The techs also missed a bunch of stitches after surgery that I cut out myself (I am a physician). Buyer beware.
