Dr. Dave and the staff are amazing, they go above and beyond expectations. New Year's Day my cat was hit by a car. We took him to the emergency vet who gave us a grim prognosis. The following day we took him to Dr. Dave where he performed surgery on my cats leg instead of amputating it he performed surgery on his leg and took the time to stitch his skin back together. The staff has been amazing, every time I call to check on my cat they ask how his sister, my other cat is doing with her brother gone. Dr. Dave goes in throughout the night and makes sure my baby has his pain medication and makes sure that he is doing well and does not need anything else. I truly believe that they performed a miracle on my baby. I am grateful for the love and dedication that Dr. Dave and his staff provide. I also use Towne and Country to board my dog when we go out of town and he is also very well taken care of. Dr. Dave also checks on the animals that are being boarded throughout the night. If it was an option I'll give them 0 Stars. If you go in for a grooming appointment expecting to pay the $35 or $40 forget it they will triple the cost before you get out of there and won't pre-authorize it. After almost 12 years of boarding my dog with them I got the shaft. My dog was diagnosed with bladder cancer and put on chemo from another vet. I called to make sure they could accommodate my dogs new cancer diet. It was just chicken and vegetables that had to be refrigerated so nothing complicated. I was told that he would need a full exam by there vet to be able to come back for boarding. I explained that he was just taken to my vet and had paper work. That didn't matter they insisted on an exam so they would know how to treat him. Unfortunately there isn't anything to do but give my dog his chemo pill and food. My vet was nice enough to board my dog and also explained to me that Town and Country only wanted to rip me off. I agree 100%. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and I get treated poorly. I got in on an emergency appointment because my dog broke her nail and it was bleeding profusely. They did not charge me an emergency visit they worked with me on price and they treated my poor baby like part of the family. It cost about the same as other vets in the area a little cheaper the our old vet in Kettering. Plus the practice has been in their family for 3 generations! What more can you ask for? Read Less

Towne & Country mis-diagnosed my pug as having an ear infection for TWO MONTHS! I just had to put my 8 yr old Pug down! If he would have been treated for what he really had, maybe he would be with me here today!! Dr. David & Dr. Katie are CLUELESS and neglected my dog! I told them a month earlier that his stomach felt hard and swollen and Dr. David said that was normal!? When my pug was in shock and throwing up, in severe pain, couldn’t walk or lay down, I brought him in to see them one last time and Dr. Katie said she wasn’t sure what was wrong with him, he was a mystery case, even after doing an x-ray. She told me to just take him home and give him anti-vomit meds. I took him to a new vet and within 15 minutes she diagnosed him with pancreatitis and said he was hours away from dying! She said she didn’t understand how they didn’t see that his pancreas was enlarged 3 times its normal size! He was with them for 5 days getting 24-7 treatment and didn’t get better, but progressively getting worse, he had two pain meds going through his IV and was still in pain!!! So, I had to put him down!!! If you love your animal, I would not suggest you taking him to Towne & Country! Read Less
