Services often include: These procedures are implemented with close attention to detail and focus on the animal’s health and wellbeing. The clinic is well-equipped, and the design of the premises ensures that the animals do not feel stressed and uncomfortable, which has a significant impact on diagnosis and treatment. Clients frequently highlight the caring and communicative nature of the veterinary staff, which fosters long-term trust and ensures that pets consistently receive high-quality care. As Tri County Veterinary Clinic continues to expand its presence in the Fostoria pet-owning community… Whether it is a young pet that needs to start life on the right path or an older one suffering from chronic conditions, the clinic’s professionals are always ready to help. Their efforts to constantly learn and advance in veterinary practice show how passionate they are about animal safety. This guarantees that every pet obtains the best level of attention possible. Additionally, the practice promotes community involvement and responsible pet ownership, making it a valuable source for local pet families. Tri County Veterinary Clinic in Fostoria takes the “no rush” approach, focusing on ensuring that pets are comfortable with each step by observing their behaviors and listening to the owners. During check-in, where staff primarily focus on medical checks, the animals experiencing the facility for the first time show several behaviours that need attention beyond health status. Once the examination starts, the clinicians adjust their movement as indicated by what they feel through the posture of the animal and obtain information through touch. They slow down or stop when animals become restless and resist, or their breathing changes. Examinations involve the analysis of coat thickness, hydration, muscle and limb condition, teeth and mouth temperature, and abdominal flexibility. Homeowners obtain invitations to the conversations regarding recent patterns in their dwellings where subtle daily practice shifts, vocal changes, or energy movements offer guidance on what to do next. Tri County Veterinary Clinic provides specialized services such as diagnostics, vaccinations, pain management, senior wellness strategies, and disease management. The flexibility in scheduling means that appointments can be staged over multiple days or completed all at once, depending on what the animal and household can handle. A range of tools, such as diagrams and calendars (for tracking use), and photo logs, were designed to augment communication between visits. Follow-up care goes beyond mere reminders. Check-ins rely more on the behavior of the children, not so much on time. Post-visit sensory techniques are taught to the owners for application on activity re-entering pets, which show either withdrawal or externalization after intense exposure. The Tri County Veterinary Clinic provides its services in Fostoria and the surrounding Ohio area. It starts with respect for a pet’s physical and emotional boundaries which leads to an at-home routine of care.

I won't say that my experience was bad, but it was not good. Several people there were friendly, however I was surprised at how little they did to actually help our dog. Researching what the problem was online before arriving, we had a basic understanding of the issue and took a guess at the problem. Upon arrival, they took the dogs temp, but did nothing else. The vet seemed almost afraid to touch our dog and we basically rolled the puppy back and forth to show him what the problem was. He confirmed what we thought was the problem, sold us some antibiotics for the dog and some ear drops for the ear infection. Nothing was done to clean the dogs ears. They recommended we cut away some matted hair behind the ear (due to having the cone on the dogs head for the past month) rather than simply cut it away for us - other vets we have been to have always been very hands on with our dog and cut fur/nails/brushed teeth and so forth. We went to this one because he was conveniently within reach ... so my experience wasn't bad, but there seemed to be little to no effort on their part to make me have any desire to go back. They didn't express much amount of caring.... they were not rude, they just didn't seem to try very hard. Read Less
