Matthews Greg Dr

Fremont, Ohio
General Info
The Matthews Greg Dr in Fremont is a veterinary practice devoted to assisting the entire community's pets. Located in Fremont, United States, this clinic is known for its reliable professionalism and supportive atmosphere. The experienced team provides individualized wellness programs, routine check-ups, and a comprehensive array of treatments tailored to the unique needs of each pet. Services often encompass Exotic Pet Care, Equine Care, Allergy Testing, Pocket Pet Care, and Wellness Exams. These techniques are implemented in a precise manner with emphasis on both prevention and mitigation. The clinic is well-equipped, and the animals are less stressed, which means that the analysis will be precise and accurate for better results. Clients often highlight how the veterinary team treats their pets with care and kindness, which helps them feel comfortable and promotes effective communication. Matthews Greg Dr continues to grow and develop as a cornerstone business within the Fremont pet owner community. The clinic’s experts are always eager to help, whether it concerns young pets that need to start their lives healthy or older ones that have chronic issues. Their dedication to animal welfare is also apparent in their continuous efforts to educate themselves and remain updated on the latest veterinary medicine developments. This ensures that every pet receives the best possible care. It also promotes responsible pet ownership and community involvement, making it a vital resource for pet families. The Matthews’ Care Model in Fremont, created by Dr. Matthews Greg, builds upon the foundational principles of movement geometry. The act of circling and leaning coupled with initial buildup to tension determines choices that determine daily practices across Ohio. No attempts to approach or touch a pet are made unless the owner provides an explicit invitation. Rather, it is the way the staff moves that creates soft, gentle curves and lines – slightly sideways, diagonally and at an angle. The process lowers the startle reflex and builds orientation confidence. Caregivers are at a 90-degree angle to the animals so that they can connect comfort zones with medical ones. Before any tools appear, observers see intricate patterns of blink rates, paw arcs, and weight shifts. Matthews Greg Dr provides services, such as imaging, early onset detection, chronic issue management, cardio screening, gastrointestinal alignment and age specific care. Access tolerance is the service sequencing mechanism. Numerous animals need to establish flank contact before they are comfortable enough for the eyes-to-eyes approach. Putting the instrument on the floor and leaving it there until it is time to play the instrument yields better results from people. The discharge routine outlines the re-orientation techniques, such as how to walk pets out (calm zigzag motion), what angles to approach for home bandage inspections, and where to set up bedding (to prevent corner trapping). The pet will not attempt to fly away and will feel comfortable upon returning home. Matthews Greg Dr crafts an experience that stems from the very fabric of Fremont and Ohio neighborhoods, ensuring that every animal perceives treatment as another layer of care effortlessly woven into the familiar pauses of its life.

I brought my Bengal cat to Countryside bc he had been vomiting and he was very lethargic. I went against my better judgement and seen the old man, and I say against my better judgement bc we had seen him before and his bedside manner is zero. He is completely impersonal and I got the impression he didn't even want us there. I always tried to get in with the female Matthews, she is always kind and courteous to us. The man told me that he didn't feel anything after he examined him and gave me some anti nausea meds and gave him some IV fluids, which was the longest five mins of my life! He told me that if my cat didn't get better within the next 3 days to call him and he would see him right away. I knew I should not have left without Matthews doing an X-ray but I was so relieved to hear that he didn't think it was anything serious that I wasn't thinking straight. I kind of felt like if I would've brought my husband that maybe Matthews would've done more. Not sure if it was because I'm a woman that he didn't take me seriously or what. We went to Countryside on a Wednesday and by Thursday my cat wasn't any better. We ended up rushing him to Fremont Animal Hospital and he was admitted for surgery immediately for a bowel obstruction! His stomach was three times the size it should've been and he was so severely dehydrated. He made it through surgery but eventually died from pneumonia. We didn't pursue anything towards Countryside, although we should have, but nothing we would've done could've brought him back. I'm writing this to warn you that if you choose to go to Countryside that you stick with the woman! She always told me how beautiful my boy was and he WAS a very handsome cat! We're heartbroken still to this day and will NEVER EVER bring any of our animals there again! Read Less
