Dr. Reynolds saved my Papillon. I have been a fur baby mom for over 50 years, lived various places and had LOTS of vets. Hands down, Dr. Reynolds and Dr. Mann's office is the very best of all of them. If you love your fur babies, take them to Dr. Reynolds and Dr. Mann. Very thorough, very reasonable and their love of animals is apparent the minute you walk in the door. They treat you and your pets like family. I love this vet and so do my pets. Thank you Dr. Reynolds for all you do.

Dr. Mann is the best vet. Years ago after going to several vets that could not diagnose a cat, Dr. Mann was able to accurately diagnose the issues.
I also had a cat with a broken leg that another vet said would require surgery and pins ($2k +) or it wouldn't heal. Dr. Mann wrapped it and it healed. Total cost was about $60.
My dog recently had a tumor removed from his leg at about 1/2 the cost of what other people have told me they spent to have the same procrdure done to their dogs.
I now only go to Dr. Mann with my animals despite the 40 minute drive.

Have been using for over 10 years and wouldn't trust my dog's care to anyone else. My favorite vet there is Dr St Clair but have lately been using Dr Reynolds simply because my newest dog seems to be the most comfortable with him. Dr Mann definately saved my Dalmatian's life and I'm forever grateful. Donna in front office is kind and accommodating and knows how to get things done. Can not say enough about these guys. The service is beyond measure, the rates are reasonable and the care is extraordinary! Love love love them.

I have been going here for almost 14 years. Dr. Mann and his staff have always been wonderful and the prices are very low for the area. I have always loved my experiences here. Recently I had to put my cat down. The service, in my opinion, was exceptional. The staff even sent me a card of condolence and signed it. I drive 25 minutes one way to see Dr. Mann even though I have a vet 5 minutes from my home because they are so amazing. Thank you for 14 years of wonderful service. I am looking forward to being a client for a long time.

Originally, I had a good experience. One doctor was kind when I had to put a dog down. However, when I needed them most they weren't there for my dog. They wouldn't test her after I requested several times and then she ended up in MedVet fighting for her life because of the very thing I wanted them to test. Now she has a terminal condition which could have been avoided. On top of that, the night she was in their office dying all they wanted to do was close their doors and go home. It was a wasted expense for us because we ended up going to MedVet anyway. Breaks my heart.

This clinic is filled with people who love animals AND their owners. They are very patient, kind, welcoming and (best of all) honest when it comes to the care of your pets. Dr. St. Clair is my very favorite, but I've not had any bad experiences with any of the staff. Donna runs that office like a fine-tuned car, the techs are absolutely joyful and funny and the doctors are the best I've seen. And trust me, I've seen a lot! This office has helped us through some tough times and never once did I feel like I was being mislead or that they were just looking for extra money. I have ALWAYS felt their compassion and sincerity. Can't say enough nice things.

You, and your staff, were very friendly and efficient. We would bring Duncan back in a heart-beat,,, if we didn't have to drive 650 miles to see you. :-) Join us for BBQ in KC some day!.. Dr. Mann and Dr. St. Clair are both amazing. We have seen Dr. Mann many times and I love him, but I also love Dr. St. Clair because she is so receptive to understanding breed specific issues and needs. She and Dr. Mann were both wonderful dealing with my Great Danes. Our last Dane made it to 11 years old. In the end Dr. St.Clair and Dr. Mann both worked hand in hand with MedVet to help my Dane. I was impressed that they recognize and know when to send someone to a different hospital for things that are beyond their capabilities. We have a new Dane now who is still very young and Dr. St. Clair worked closely with me to understand the special needs of a Giant breed puppy. They require special diets and vaccination protocols and she is up to date on all of these. Anyways, we love them and will never go anywhere else.

I have two older dogs and had been taking them to a brand new Vet Clinic in the Polaris area. They wanted over $1000 to do a teeth cleaning. Well, it didn't take much brainpower to realize they were paying for that big new building by gouging people who just want the best care at an affordable price for their family pets. It was ridiculous. I never walked out of there without paying at least $250- even for just routine checkups and shots! Dr. Mann's office was recommended to me by a friend who had taken her pets there for many years. It was a little further to drive, but WELL worth it. Their staff is so warm and friendly and you can tell they love animals. I've seen all the Dr.s in the practice at one time or another and I'm not sure which one I like best because they are all wonderful. Their facility might not be fancy, but they have gone out of their way to keep prices in check and I had my dog's teeth cleaned for under $250- the price of one regular visit at the other place! I will never go anywhere else and highly recommend them.

We switched to Dr. Mann after a recommendation from Acme Canine (a great local dog trainer). Our past vet had charged us literally thousands of dollars (really... like $10,000) to pull teeth for our dog. Our dog needed more dental surgery, and Dr. Mann did a better job for something like an eighth of the price! I just took my new kitten last week, and they were beyond comprehensive. I wish they were closer to Delaware, but it's worth the drive.

The staff is warm and caring) While another vet in the area will have you bring your animal back in 3 days for an antibiotic refill(because all he gave was 3 days worth - and you pay for another 3 day refill - and another office visit, and again in 3 days) Dr Manns office gives you a full supply with no hidden cost on the initial visit. Dr Mann is honest. He does not try to empty your pockets. He wants to keep/make your pet healthy. I highly recommend him

At our last appointment, he was running a little behind b/c of an emergency. When it was our turn to be seen, I did not feel like I was being rushed at all. Hands down, Dr. Reynolds and Dr. Mann's office is the very best of all of them. If you love your fur babies, take them to Dr. Reynolds and Dr. Mann. Very thorough, very reasonable and their love of animals is apparent the minute you walk in the door. They treat you and your pets like family. I love this vet and so do my pets. I also had a cat with a broken leg that another vet said would require surgery and pins ($2k +) or it wouldn't heal. Dr. Mann wrapped it and it healed. Total cost was about $60.
My dog recently had a tumor removed from his leg at about 1/2 the cost of what other people have told me they spent to have the same procrdure done to their dogs.
I now only go to Dr. Mann with my animals despite the 40 minute drive.

Have been using for over 10 years and wouldn't trust my dog's care to anyone else. My favorite vet there is Dr St Clair but have lately been using Dr Reynolds simply because my newest dog seems to be the most comfortable with him. Dr Mann definately saved my Dalmatian's life and I'm forever grateful. Donna in front office is kind and accommodating and knows how to get things done. Can not say enough about these guys. The service is beyond measure, the rates are reasonable and the care is extraordinary! Love love love them.

I have been going here for almost 14 years. Dr. Mann and his staff have always been wonderful and the prices are very low for the area. I have always loved my experiences here. Recently I had to put my cat down. The service, in my opinion, was exceptional. The staff even sent me a card of condolence and signed it. I drive 25 minutes one way to see Dr. Mann even though I have a vet 5 minutes from my home because they are so amazing. Thank you for 14 years of wonderful service. I am looking forward to being a client for a long time.

Originally, I had a good experience. One doctor was kind when I had to put a dog down. However, when I needed them most they weren't there for my dog. They wouldn't test her after I requested several times and then she ended up in MedVet fighting for her life because of the very thing I wanted them to test. Now she has a terminal condition which could have been avoided. On top of that, the night she was in their office dying all they wanted to do was close their doors and go home. It was a wasted expense for us because we ended up going to MedVet anyway. Breaks my heart.

This clinic is filled with people who love animals AND their owners. They are very patient, kind, welcoming and (best of all) honest when it comes to the care of your pets. Dr. St. Clair is my very favorite, but I've not had any bad experiences with any of the staff. Donna runs that office like a fine-tuned car, the techs are absolutely joyful and funny and the doctors are the best I've seen. And trust me, I've seen a lot! This office has helped us through some tough times and never once did I feel like I was being mislead or that they were just looking for extra money. I have ALWAYS felt their compassion and sincerity. Can't say enough nice things.

We brought Duncan ( 5 year old "Party Color" Cocker Spaniel ) in with a torn ACL. We appreciate it that you "saw" this out-of-town dog with a problem and diagnosed this issue. We have seen Dr. Mann many times and I love him, but I also love Dr. St. Clair because she is so receptive to understanding breed specific issues and needs. She and Dr. Mann were both wonderful dealing with my Great Danes. Our last Dane made it to 11 years old. In the end Dr. St.Clair and Dr. Mann both worked hand in hand with MedVet to help my Dane. I was impressed that they recognize and know when to send someone to a different hospital for things that are beyond their capabilities. We have a new Dane now who is still very young and Dr. St. Clair worked closely with me to understand the special needs of a Giant breed puppy. They require special diets and vaccination protocols and she is up to date on all of these. Anyways, we love them and will never go anywhere else.

I have two older dogs and had been taking them to a brand new Vet Clinic in the Polaris area. They wanted over $1000 to do a teeth cleaning. Well, it didn't take much brainpower to realize they were paying for that big new building by gouging people who just want the best care at an affordable price for their family pets. It was ridiculous. I never walked out of there without paying at least $250- even for just routine checkups and shots! Dr. Mann's office was recommended to me by a friend who had taken her pets there for many years. It was a little further to drive, but WELL worth it. Their staff is so warm and friendly and you can tell they love animals. I've seen all the Dr.s in the practice at one time or another and I'm not sure which one I like best because they are all wonderful. Their facility might not be fancy, but they have gone out of their way to keep prices in check and I had my dog's teeth cleaned for under $250- the price of one regular visit at the other place! I will never go anywhere else and highly recommend them.

Our past vet had charged us literally thousands of dollars (really... like $10,000) to pull teeth for our dog. Our dog needed more dental surgery, and Dr. Mann did a better job for something like an eighth of the price! I just took my new kitten last week, and they were beyond comprehensive. I wish they were closer to Delaware, but it's worth the drive.

Dr Mann is honest. He does not try to empty your pockets. He wants to keep/make your pet healthy. I highly recommend him

At our last appointment, he was running a little behind b/c of an emergency. When it was our turn to be seen, I did not feel like I was being rushed at all. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly.
