We are new to Bren-Lor but have three furry patients so we're frequent fliers. So far we've been very impressed with their professionalism and reasonable prices. We recently had to put one out cats to sleep. Dr. Long and the staff were caring and thoughtful throughout. Everyone is friendly and no one pressures you. Next time you have a client in there wanting to calmly question the bill that was twice the amount of the original quote, it would be in your best interest not to make a comment right to my face in front of my wife that "I can just deal with it, that [your] husband is the same way." My wife and I are struggling as it is, trying to "deal with" her mother's funeral costs still 8 months later as well as our own bills. You shouldn't ever make a comment like that to someone and judge us like that! It was extremely insulting and degrading! Extremely poor customer service and experience! My first time there and my cat was very sick. I ended up putting down. They really helped make me feel like they cared and I was doing the right thing. As far as price I think most vet's are fairly expensive. That is how they stay open. It was clean and had a caring staff.
