Okay, Yelp told me I cant talk about other facilities on this page, so Ill keep it to our visit...When we moved into the area, we decided to get another rescue dog. We found this facility on-line, and my girl friend (wife now) made an appointment. We found the facility orderly and clean, however somewhat dated.We were told the veterinarian was running a little behind, so we had to wait.When we were seen, the assistant weighed him, checked his teeth, etc. She started a chart, and gave him at least two injections. She also took blood and we gave them a stool sample that they requested. The vet came in, introduced herself, looked at the chart and said they would contact us with the blood/stool results. She was in the room literally 2 minutes.Everybody seemed stiff. Most vet staffers are upbeat and play/interact with your pet, but not here...everybody seemed quite stoic.Then, when we went to pay, sticker shock...$160! Are you kidding me? For 15 minutes of attention, and the vet being in the room for 2 minutes! And ad insult to injury, they said he needed a booster in a few weeks at another $40+! When we got to the car we talked about how expensive it was. When we got home we called our old vet, and she said she would have charged us $110 for the same services, INCLUDING THE BOOSTER...almost half! We called yet another local vet, and they quoted us a price of about the same, and asked if they would take over, and they agreed. We got his booster shot there for $25, and the staff is great! We never went back to Groveport-Canal ever again...they came off as non-caring, and more of a money-mill than an animal care facility. "Move them in fast, get then out fast, and charge them as much as we can." kind of place.UPDATE: Ms Shapiro, In response to your message, our pet has indeed been seen by your facility. Above is my honest review of it. I received a message from a local Yelp staffer who said I cant combine review between two businesses even if they are the same owner. My honest review reflects my true dealings with YOUR facility, and follows Yelps review guidelines clearly. I will also add Im not clear about your claim that my review is "negative". If you will read the star rating, 2 say "Ive had better". I might also recommend you stop stalking reviewers and playing detective, and use the constructive criticism to better your business.Thank you. Read Less
