My pets have been patients over a 20 yr. period. Dr. Seman has been extremely kind, compassionate and very knowledgable with my pet's health issues. We have had to make end of life decisions in the past and she has always been very upfront and honest about my pet's issues. I highly recommend.

After taking my dog to an emergency vet and spending $500 and I didn’t even get a diagnosis, I took her to this vet the next day. She immediately recognized my dog had a cough, got X-rays, and diagnosed her with aspiration pneumonia and mega esophagus. She detected cancer on the X-ray but sent it to her friend at Ohio state for a second opinion (for free). When it came time to put my dog down, she was incredibly sweet and I can’t say enough nice things about her staff. They were wonderful, I called them constantly after she was diagnosed and they gave me anything I needed as far as meds or advice and even waved a few vet fees and provided the euthanasia for free.

Even though I live in Cuyahoga Falls now, I still drove out to take my cat 14 year cat Raven who was ill to see Dr. Seman and the team there on 8/11/16. Unfortunately, I had to make the very hard and painful decision to put Raven down. They made a plaque, sent a card with a poem called Rainbow Bridge and I just received it today! It was so kind! This is the only vet I trust all 9 of my fur babies at. I have 7 rats and 2 cats. I started going here mainly because my rats are considered exotic animals and I was paying almost $100 for just a visit at other vets. So I started going to Dr. Semen and the price was cut in half and I had better service! They're very caring and loving to all my animals and I don't get the feeling they're trying to play me like other vets. If I don't need to come in for a visit they tell me over the phone or write me a prescription over the phone to pick up later. They're interests are truly in the right place and now that I moved 30 minutes away I still make the drive there because I trust and love this vet office so much.

I have two Pitt Bull Terriers, one whom is elderly and the other a puppy still. The folks here at H.V.C. really care about what they are doing, and they do it without the expense of other Clinics I have taken my "boys" to over the years.
I love the staff, and more importantly, both of my dogs do too...
I trust my dogs to be able to tell the difference between good people and bad, and there are always "Happy Tails" when we get here.
I would recommend H.V.C. to anyone whom loves their pet, and needs to be seen in a timely manner, not days or a week later.

I really enjoy the attention my ferrets receive when coming in. The staff knows me by name and know who I bring in with me. They even stop in to see the ferrets and their improvement. I do feel like you can be rushed at times and wish they would doing all the testing on the first visit, but overall I really enjoy going here. It's down to earth, I get all my questions answered, and my babies get the care they need. I'd definitely recommend anyone to see Dr. Seman. For me it's a short drive and cost half the price of other exotic vets.

This vet worked most compassionately with our Yorkie Holly. When we finally got to the time we needed to do the best thing for her suffering, Dr. Seman and the staff were so very kind. They sent an imprint of her paw and a card several weeks later. Just very wonderful, respectful people that helped us through each step over this difficult time from initial diagnosis and treatment to saying goodbye.

First off?I would like to say that I am a new client of the Hartville Veterinary Clinic and hands down this is the BEST clinic I have ever visited. Never in my life have I gone to a clinic that was so caring, compassionate, and treated animals with so much love. This is really a great place, fantastic location, great environment, and great service. Most of all, the staff here genuinely cares about you and your pets and doesn t just rush to get you in and out. The veterinarian was wonderful?she and her staff acted like my little girl was the only puppy in the world and answered all of my questions knowledgeably and thoroughly. Here, your pets are more than just animals - they re treated like treasured members of your family.

Quoted me $160 for my dog's neutoring and shots, they nickle and dimed me until it was $258, after they had already done the surgery! No one here is on the same page and there are a lot of other Vets out there I can pay that much and get services done just as good, if not better, I'll take my business somewhere where I wont be lied to. Don't take your pets here!

My pets have been patients over a 20 yr. period. Dr. Seman has been extremely kind, compassionate and very knowledgable with my pet's health issues. We have had to make end of life decisions in the past and she has always been very upfront and honest about my pet's issues. I highly recommend.

This is the only vet I trust all 9 of my fur babies at. I have 7 rats and 2 cats. I started going here mainly because my rats are considered exotic animals and I was paying almost $100 for just a visit at other vets. So I started going to Dr. Semen and the price was cut in half and I had better service! We just recently moved here from Iowa and we had no idea as to where to go to look for a good clinic for our puppy. We talked to some friends and your clinic came HIGHLY recommended! We have been very pleased with Dr. Seman and her awesome well trained staff. The services we've received so far is top notch! We like this clinic better than the one we had back in Iowa. First off?I would like to say that I am a new client of the Hartville Veterinary Clinic and hands down this is the BEST clinic I have ever visited. Never in my life have I gone to a clinic that was so caring, compassionate, and treated animals with so much love. This is really a great place, fantastic location, great environment, and great service. Most of all, the staff here genuinely cares about you and your pets and doesn t just rush to get you in and out. The veterinarian was wonderful?she and her staff acted like my little girl was the only puppy in the world and answered all of my questions knowledgeably and thoroughly. Here, your pets are more than just animals - they re treated like treasured members of your family.

Don't be fooled by their prices. They routinely tell you one price and charge another. Quoted me $160 for my dog's neutoring and shots, they nickle and dimed me until it was $258, after they had already done the surgery! No one here is on the same page and there are a lot of other Vets out there I can pay that much and get services done just as good, if not better, I'll take my business somewhere where I wont be lied to. Don't take your pets here!
