After seeing our dog since it's birth ten years ago, I called our FORMER vet because of bleeding from her sinuses. I was told, over the phone, "oh, yeah, doesn't sound good, just bring her in and we'll put her down" (no x-rays, no blood work, nothing), I called East Hilliard for a second opinion. They got her in the next morning, treated us very kind, and did blood work and a full body x-ray on her (after saying, and only charging us, for an x-ray of her head) to determine the full extent of her condition. Also, without charging us, while she was under anesthesia, they cleaned her teeth (they look as good as a puppies), trimmed her nails and cleaned her ears. The diagnosis was still that she has sinus cancer BUT the difference is, they determined her blood count was still very good, her lungs and throat were completely clear of cancer and she is still a very energetic and active dog with anywhere from three months, to even three years, of quality life, depending on the aggressiveness of the cancer, just treating the bleeding and inflamation. They are compassionate, caring and take the time to answer every question and concern with detail and honesty. They acted as if our dog was theirs and the only dog that they needed to treat that day (although she wasn't by any means). I only gave them "Five Stars" because there aren't more stars to give them. If you are looking for a better veterinary service or have a new pet that you need to find a vet for, I personally don't believe you can go wrong by taking your pet to East Hilliard Veterinary Service.Read Less
