Dr. Custis was our Vet for 6 years. He and his staff were ALWAYS professional and NEVER rude. We moved to Michigan 6 years ago and had to find a new Vet. Although he and his staff are very good at what they do, it has not been the same feeling we got from Dr. Custis.
We will be moving back to the area. Hopefully he will always be our Vet.

I had never taken my pet here before,at the end of the day, they made time for us. Dr. Custis was wonderful with me, had my high strung cat at ease in nearly a minute and the fees were more than reasonable! I'm not happy my pet was I'll, but I'm glad I found Custis Veterinary Hospital!

Awful! Antiquated facility from the receptionist on up. Ridiculous wait times every time I went in a dark, crowded waiting room that only increased my dog's nervousness. Front desk is understaffed an...
Awful! Antiquated facility from the receptionist on up. Ridiculous wait times every time I went in a dark, crowded waiting room that only increased my dog's nervousness. Front desk is understaffed and rude. Old school doc who constantly recommended bizarre, unnecessary procedures. We will never go back.

I found that Dr. Custis and staff not only knowledgeable but understanding, not at all dismissive, best of all he took NOTHING for granted, walking me through even the most basic way to administer 'the at home care' part of getting my animals to their best of health, the Dr. and staff honestly care, are are compassionate and friendly - a place I am happy to be able to trust the health of my 'furkids' recovery and future health. I have never been told to call to inform the doctor in a few days of their progress ~ how refreshing! Thanks guys, I am SO relieved!

I have taking my best friends here for visits for years, my folk?s years before me?.. Everyone at Custis Veterinary Hospital (CVH) is TOP NOTCH! You get treated with the upmost amount of respect. Dr. Custis is extremely attentive he understands exactly how important your best friend is to you and takes the time you need to fully understand the health of your pet. ??..CVH have NEVER recommended unnecessary tests of any kind for any reason for my new Puppy or my adult dog. I would HIGHLY recommend you take your Pet to Dr. Custis.

We took our new puppy to this office for her first appointment yesterday and had a very unsatisfactory experience. We waited in the lobby for an hour then waited an additional 20 minutes in the room ...
We took our new puppy to this office for her first appointment yesterday and had a very unsatisfactory experience. We waited in the lobby for an hour then waited an additional 20 minutes in the room before we saw the doctor. By the end of things, we were there for almost 2 hours and not one person, including the doctor, apologized for such an extreme delay. Also, he recommended a test that isn't typically recommended for a puppy of 11 weeks old and was unable to really substantiate why he was doing it. Overall, it was very frustrating and I will never go back there or recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Custis was our Vet for 6 years. He and his staff were ALWAYS professional and NEVER rude. We moved to Michigan 6 years ago and had to find a new Vet. Although he and his staff are very good at what they do, it has not been the same feeling we got from Dr. Custis.
We will be moving back to the area. Hopefully he will always be our Vet.

I had never taken my pet here before,at the end of the day, they made time for us. Dr. Custis was wonderful with me, had my high strung cat at ease in nearly a minute and the fees were more than reasonable! I'm not happy my pet was I'll, but I'm glad I found Custis Veterinary Hospital!

I found that Dr. Custis and staff not only knowledgeable but understanding, not at all dismissive, best of all he took NOTHING for granted, walking me through even the most basic way to administer 'the at home care' part of getting my animals to their best of health, the Dr. and staff honestly care, are are compassionate and friendly - a place I am happy to be able to trust the health of my 'furkids' recovery and future health.
