We've been going to Seven Hills for quite a while. Sadly, yesterday was our last visit. We had to have our Pomeranian euthanized because she had a stroke. She had been really sick for the last few months but the vets and staff did an amazing job helping her to have a better life to the end. Dr. Stanley was as heartbroken as we were to say goodbye. Dr. Ashely is a wonderful veterinarian. My dog is nervous around men and he takes the time let her warm up to him before administering shots or performing examinations. I have been going to him for a few years now and he always gives us the best of care. Juno and I give him two paws up! Read Less

Got a quote on a nueter and went back about a month later to set up appointment for a sugar glider nueter and double checked to make sure the price was what they originally said. Sadly.nope it wasnt. they tacked on 100.00 and acted like I didnt hear the original quote I was given. Read Less

We have three dogs and have been taking them here for a few years now. I didn't fully appreciate this place until we took in a fourth foster care dog, which we had to take to a DIFFERENT pet hospital for the rescue program we worked with. The other place was awful and it made me appreciate Seven Hills so much more! Seven hills always gives our dogs lots of treats to ease their nerves, and our dogs always do so well with all the workers and the vet! They let the dogs warm up to them before injecting them or probing them with anything, which I thought was common sense but apparently is not based on my experience at the other pet hospital. It makes such a big difference. Also, we get a discount for bringing all of them in at once which helps with the cost of having three dogs! I also REALLY appreciated that when our dogs caught the kennel cough from the foster dog, Seven Hills told us to meet them outside for treatment, so as not to spread the cough to other people's pets. If I was in the waiting room with my dog, I would not want a dog with very contagious kennel cough around, so that was really good to see that they took that extra precaution. (Again, much more than I can say for the other place we took the foster dog, who caught the kennel cough while in there getting neutered...) 5 stars for Seven Hills! Read Less

Love Seven Hills! I have been a going here for a very long time. I've taken all my dogs there and I've recommend them to everyone I know. Dr Dryer and Dr Ashley are awesome!!! The staff is great. Puppy was due for shots. Called the Loveland Office they said absolutely. Then told me hey we just opened an office in Blanchester, would that be easier. Said absolutely. She entered my information on their computers. Blan got me in that night and checked my 3 lb beast out with in about an hour. Super happy with their office and they do reptiles too. Read Less

My step mom took her dog for surgery. They said everything went great afterwards. She brought him home and he started having complications so she brought him back. After doing nothing to help other than running an iv and CHARGING HER MORE MONEY they handed her dog to her and said she had to take him somewhere else BECAUSE THEY WERE CLOSING!!!! Started using them Last year and I have had a great experience. very friendly kind staff. They love on all of the animals like they are their own to make them comfortable. The only thing was that my kitty got a little fever after he got fixed but he was fine and they had helped me with anything I needed! I do recommend. I only wish they were closer to where I live! This is by far the best Veterinary Clinic I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The staff is so kind and compassionate and the facility is very very clean. I have never had anything but great experiences at this facility with my dogs. They do a break down during every visit before services are rendered so there is never any question about how much it's going to cost, and there are no surprises. They are always willing to work with you no matter what procedure is being done from a routine check up to spay or neutering and everything in between.
